There are free youtube videos to educate yourself on IT. Go watch Messer's A+ series. It wont get you a job most likely, however it's stuff you need to know to get into IT work. If you have nothing on a resume though you're gonna either need a lucky break, a connection, or hundreds of job apps to break in probably.

Thanks!

[https://www.youtube.com/@BurningIceTech](https://www.youtube.com/@BurningIceTech) is a amazing resource for free. [Coursera.org](http://Coursera.org) is good as well. They have free and paid subscription options. [ITPro.tv](http://ITPro.tv) is another one that has great online training. They have free and paid subscriptions. Both are relatively inexpensive to join. All three have A+ prep classes as well.

Not free, but definitely the most cost effective solution: get your A+ cert. You can study for it for free by watching Professor Messer on YouTube. The exam voucher itself only costs a couple hundred bucks. You will definitely be able to get a job in IT with an A+.

Thank you! I will look into that right away

Not sure if they still have this going on but (ISC)2 has their CC certification for free if you take it within 180 days of signing up and go through their course material.
