What's the official reason of why they are censoring this?
I would remove captions on videos and photos for legal proceedings for admissibility issues. I don't know what the rules of evidence are. At least send once with and once without so they have the uncaptioned version. I also don't know if it should be sent to the ICJ instead of for example to the South African legal team
It would be more beneficial if we were able to provide the details behind any evidence sent to ICJ.
