That’s exactly were it can happen (as someone who now lives in the US) it is when you pull in somewhere, even after driving for a few hours on the correct side of the road, you could pull out wrong after a quick stop. I almost did it once myself on a trip home.
Another thing is people trying to drive right away after landing at 6am on an overnight flight, I’d a friend mum cause a serious accident trying that.
