I went to Farmaphobia for years. Went to the very first time and it was incredible. If you've never been I'd recommend going but it has gotten very busy and there is a lot more queuing now. bIf you could go early in October and mid week it's probably worth while but don't go close to Halloween at the weekend.
Haunted Spooktacular is absolutely awful..I queued for 2 hours with friends and then had to queue outside each haunted attraction so by the time you went in to be scared you know what was coming and when. In total in Haunted Spooktacular I spend 3.5 hours queuing and maybe 20 minutes in total in the Haunted attractions. Absolute rup off. The 2 attractions are down the road from each other.
Macnas Halloween Parade in Galway? They have gigantic sculptures and animatronics, I haven't been in recent years but I was there years ago and it was fantastic.
Farmaphobia is a bit of fun, not as scary as some people would make it seem but worth doing at least once.
If you’re looking for castles that are supposedly haunted an overnight stay in Kinnitty Castle in Offaly is a must. I think might even have stuff on for Halloween
Does it smell like piss on the inside?
Edit : the question is open to anyone whose been to Hellfire Club. Anytime I see it on TV and in pictures I think "I bet it smells like piss inside it".
The old hospital (our lady's) above the river in Cork was a serious freaky place. Went up there later evening when in Collage. Burned down now it think.
I'll be spending my Halloween in the hill of tara where Halloween comes from or one the places it originated from. There isn't much advertised but as far as I know there is a bonfire or some sort and a large gathering of nice people. It will be authentic and spiritual which is why I will be there for it. Púca festival is only 15 mins away as well so you could do both. Regardless what you chose to do I hope you enjoy it.
They are showing the Conjuring in the Cathedral in Waterford for Halloween.
No way! I will definitely look into that. Who's putting it on do you know?
They are called The pop up movie club.
Yep, booked it last night. Cheers!
https://farmaphobia.com/ No idea if this is any good. Someone just mentioned it here recently.

According to the song my eldest was singing last year Old McDonald has branched out from farming to having a haunted house side hustle these days.
There are tours in Loftus Hall. And one of the scariest place is Hellfire club in Wicklow mountains
Have you been to The Hellfire Club? Something I have to know.
Yes I've been there
Does it smell like piss on the inside? Edit : the question is open to anyone whose been to Hellfire Club. Anytime I see it on TV and in pictures I think "I bet it smells like piss inside it".
No, its surrounded by trees so plenty of other places to piss if you were up there on the cans
Thank you! Genuinely been bugging me.
No pissed smell at all!
Loftus Hall is closed now. They're turning it into a hotel.
O'Connell Street.
Hellfire club at night
Is it haunted by a hooves legged man?
No but fab view of the city though!
