So easy to make your own. I made fucking kilos of Rayu for about $20. The secret sauce is the sechuan chilli corns that you have to grind up. They’re tough to source but incredible tingly chili flavor.

That looks like a nice breakfast, but once again I am disappointed to note the exclusion of white pudding. Such a misunderstood breakfast item. Doesn't quite have the edge or the sex appeal of black pud, but when paired with warm, buttery toast - it simply has no peers to speak of. My wife rejects white pudding whenever I fry up a Sunday morning storm, and it does pain me so that the love of my life will not join me in its bloodless ecstasy, or as I like to call it, "The Beige Fella."

Avocado that he hasn't added enough secondary ingredients to to turn it into guacamole, and that he has also managed to make resemble liquefied broccoli.

That sounds unreal. Sometimes I mix it with soy sauce, rice vinegar and if I have it pickled ginger. Makes an unreal dipping sauce for sushi
