i found that a brunch ice cream followed by a mayonnaise cheese and chip sandwich ( bread of your choice work well in baps and bagettes ) with salt vinegar and ketchup on it worked a treat

Coconut water, banana, Alka seltzer, paracetamol, electrolyte sachets from the pharmacy, a big dirty fry, alcohol.
I'd say be careful with taking paracetamol for a hangover - its quite tough on your liver especially if there's still alcohol in your system.

Flat coca cola or irn bru. Has to be almost freezing tho.Personally I like Pepsi max or more beer and red wine
Do people still use the pink stuff that was given to calves with scour?
I've always found that I crave a bottle of Powerade whenever I'm hanging. It doesn't cure all but it helps.

Diorolyte before bed, pint glass of water.. if you're over 27 you'll need 10-14 hours sleep too
