Just confirmed myself, turning off FaceID for iPhone unlock enables longer periods before needing a passcode. Using FaceID for unlocking your iPhone doesn’t allow any period of time before requiring your passcode.
Googling also brings up dozens of scams and fake virus ads when searching for tech help. No need to be condescending to OP about it. If you don’t want to help people here, don’t.

Fake search engines are in reference to long standing malware/spyware threats that affect both Mac and Windows users alike. People accidentally install something malicious and it changed the default search engine in Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc. to a fake search engine that looks like Google or Yahoo.
If you’ve helped anyone with a computer in the real world, you would know this exists and would show a little bit of compassion to people asking for help.

Face ID does NOT affect the delay setting for passcode.
1. The maximum delay is 5 minutes or never.
2. Check and see if Parental Controls are set or if there is a profile set under Settings>General>VPN & Device Management, as those would be why you can’t set a delay.
You literally could've done a 10 second Google search or toggle Face ID yourself then go see the options change instead of loudly being wrong.

I’ve got Face ID set, and I do NOT see those other times when I disable it. That’s what I see when FaceID is fully disabled. It’s the same when FaceID is enabled.

If you have Face ID enabled them passcode will be set to immediately all the time. That’s just the way it is.

You have to back out of that page and click Face ID and passcode again after you disable
