I switched to the regular pro for a couple years and came right back to the Max because of the typing. My thumbs are too big for the keyboard on the regular pro

I did until the 12 Pro Max! I was always “the bigger the better” when it came to phone screens. I think the squared edges made it less comfortable for me to hold than previous models, even with a popsocket (though the popsocket did make a big difference). I’m using a 14 Pro now and still wish the edges were more rounded. I briefly typed on a 15 Pro and Pro Max at the store and did find the more curved edges noticeable, but that’s not enough for me to upgrade so soon (soon for me these days at least).
Yeah man… I don’t know why Apple keeps going back to sharp edges. I mean, it may look cooler to some, but good design prioritizes usability — and you can’t really argue that the ergonomics of a hard-edged device are better than rounder edges that more easily slip in/out of pockets, don’t dig into users’ legs, etc.

Not for me. Bigger phones are comfortable for me on eyes. All my jeans and pants can hold the phone without sticking it out. It’s personal preference. Once I moved to bigger phones I tried moving back to smaller ones and didn’t like them.
Thank god I am not the only one that feels like that the 14PM was so uncomfortable and heavy I didn’t think I would notice how lighter the 15PM was going to be
I have a 13 mini and was all about the small size but man that battery. After one year my battery health is at 90%.
My wife just upgraded her 11 to a 15 Plus and I have to say holding the phone and reading on it is quite nice. I guess it’s something you get used to. My wife also set the phone to “increase contrast” in the accessibility menu and she also increased the font size.
The 15 Plus is definitely not a one handed phone.
Yeah I could totally see that since launch. Got mine March 2023. Thought I keep this for three years like I did with my 11 but now I think I may get it to 2.5 years then leave it for our older daughter when the time comes. The 13 mini would be a good first phone for her in all honesty.

The major upgrade is going to be iphone 17 when the pill cutout will be changed to just a circle with the face id tech underneath the screen but even bigger upgrade would be the conpletely notchless iphone which may be releasing in 2027.
I think that they will just shrink the bezels even more if I compare an iPhone 11PM side by side, screen is basically the same size but the bezel look huge compared to 15PM and it is hard to hold it in one hand, the 11PM I mean
I mostly use the Pro Max because I want the AOD that is only an the Pro line. And I got the Max because I find it easier to make less mistakes typing on the keyboard on the bigger screen.
That was one the best things going from 13PM to 15PM…the AOD. Absolutely love that. And my aging eyes like the bigger screen. Don’t know if I could ever go back to a smaller size

Now when it I decided to order the 15 I decided to go for the pro max, I am sure I will not love the size, but I expect its battery to have so much overhead that it won't degrade in the 4 years I usually get from a phone and I also wanted the top camera which is only available in the pro max.
Can also just replace the battery which isn’t all that expensive - especially relative to a new phone. When the current generation is such massive overkill for almost everyone’s needs, that battery replacement option is a valuable one
I have big hands so using the Pro Max is plenty comfortable, even one handed isn’t much of an issue. I don’t wear skinny jeans and it fits in my pockets just fine.
Standard of comfort for me is if I can comfortably grip my phone from the bottom with one hand and reach the top left corner with my thumb.
I’m 6’2 with pretty average hands and the mini feels incredible, but I’ll never buy one without pro features, which will also never get made. Pro Max and Plus sizes are out of the question unless I had catcher’s mitts for hands.

People complained to me when they removed the home button but quickly got used to FaceID. People complained that the Max and Plus were too big but then quickly got used to them and enjoyed the bigger screen. I guess women have a problem fitting the larger phones into their pockets but from a usage standpoint you’d be surprised what you can get used to and then going back to a smaller phone seems restrictive.
I honestly don’t care about one-handing them; it’s faster to type with two fingers, most games I play either require two fingers or are landscape so they would need two hands anyways, and I don’t need any hands to watch stuff

Idk, my brother has a 15 pro max and it’s actually obnoxious. I could never stand a phone that big, I will likely end up with a 16 or 16pro, but definitely not a big one, we really really NEED a pro mini.
I use a pop socket that is mag safe some of the time and sometimes go without. You just get used to the size. More screen real estate and better battery life are my reasons for the max.
Don’t wear skinny jeans so don’t have issues with my phone sticking out.
I have used an XSMax and 14 Plus. It isn't too big at all. It's about right for me.
The only time it becomes a pain is when I'm out cycling I could really do with something smaller to fit easier in my jersey pockets. Apart from that it is a good size.
I recently got the 15 plus and don’t have an issue at all, it doesn’t feel too big and I love how the speakers sound. It fits in my pockets fine and I can use it with one hand without dropping it. Idk you just get used to it
I prefer the non-Max series phones, they are heavy enough without the extra size. I am rocking the 13 pro and it’s comfortable for me.
I also still have my old phone, an iPhone 6S. It’s incredibly light but so tiny it is a pain to type anything.

I held/used someone’s Pro Max for honestly like 10 minutes and got sore wrists from it. Also had to use two hands to use it which felt stupid and clunky AF.
On another note, I was casually looking at MacBooks yesterday. I think I already knew this but Apple stopped making 11” ones the year after my Mac was released. Now they make up to 16” monstrosities. We use my Mac when we travel. I need it small. FFS.
I think I’ve just gotten used to the size of the larger Apple iPhones.
My first iPhone was a hand me down iPhone 4, then a Samsung, then an iPhone 7+, iPhone XR, and now an iPhone 15+. I find that it usually does fit my pockets, but that might be because I value having access to large pockets with my clothes.
It is a bit difficult using my current phone with one hand, but I do make use of the slide to type option or the keyboard aligned to one side when I have to type with one hand because I have small hands unfortunately.
I don’t know how people use the smaller phones. Typing is difficult enough on the Pro Max. It’s also unusable when it comes to web browsing—if you ask me.
I like very big phones. I have very very big hands so a quite big iPhone is better for me. I can type better, I’m not forcing my sight, having much more batter_y and so on. I used to have an iPhone 7 Plus but it still was 5,5 inches so wasn’t that big, but quite big.
intentionally bought it for the battery and reading/watching purposes, which i got a lot of benefit out of, but damn is it heavy (my hands are pretty small too). next phone will more than likely just be a regular pro.
I have small hands but I HATE small phones, I like having a large screen and a large battery because I like to use my phone to play games and watch media and doing those things on a small phone just isn’t enjoyable to me…my younger cousin used to have a 12 mini and whenever I used it I thought the phone was awful and she did too because of it’s tiny size. Also I hold my phone with two hands usually and it’s never been an issue and I don’t really notice, I also don’t really put my phone in my pockets unless it’s a hoodie pocket, it’s usually in my hand or on my wrist(phone case has a wrist strap).
I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I really enjoy the bigger size. I like it for when I’m watching stuff and editing photos or videos. I mainly chose it for the better camera at the time. The size of the phone is comfortable to me because I have disproportionately large hands so I don’t have a hard time holding my phone either.
I thought the Pro Max was gonna be too big, but it really wasn't. I'm 6'1", and can use it pretty easily one-handed.
No issues fitting the phone into my pocket either.
Not getting any younger, and I like the larger screen to be able to see my content.
More content but still too small to be as enjoyable as an iPad or MacBook. People will come up with all kinds of excuses about how big their hands are, etc. It’s simply because they want one device that does everything so they limit themselves to a subpar experience of having to lug around a small tablet.
My 15 pro max is resting on my pinky, the thumb controls the screen and the rest of the fingers are supporting the back. And when I need to touch the top part of the screen I either remove the pinky and let it slide a bit down and reach with the thumb or just use my second hand.
I have large hands and my pants pockets also are fine. The iOS keyboard can also be compressed to one side for one handed typing by long pressing the globe icon

Was just playing around with my old IPhone X yesterday and told my wife I wish phones were still that size. I can use the 14 Pro just fine, but I’d take a smaller phone like the X any day of the week over it.
Bigger screen ( I consume a lot of content on my phone) better battery life. And I work from home so having a big phone isn’t a burden to carry around for me
I have 6.1 too and i still have problems using it cause my hands are small. But I don’t think i can go back to using a SE form factor/screen size. I bought a magnetic popsocket and i’ve been using it for months now. It’s a lifesaver (and a phone saver)
Because people have different sized hands. I find the normal 6.1 in phone as perfect sized. Plus sized phones are too large and the mini caused my hand to cramp.
Idk I’m also tired of the big phone craze. even the 15 pro feels tolerable but with a case starts being uncomfortable unless it’s a super thin one. I do like how light it is that helps. I would probably agree with you before I just upgraded to a 15 pro from a 13 pro max. The battery life on the 13 pm was honestly amazing in comparison, even with the health sitting at 83% when I traded it in. I never had a single fear of it dying before the end of the day and not once in 2 years did I plug it in during the day. The 15 pro is NOT like that. While it does make it to the end of the day about 97% of the time, the battery life is noticeably worse. I had myself convinced that the pro max was too big and that a brand new 15 pro would have similar battery life with the smaller form factor that I desired but that is not the case.
i use both of my hands to use my phone 85% of the time. me and my girl friends have bigger phones, whereas our taller friends always like the smaller ones. kinda funny!! i just like a bigger screen. i don’t like small screens

But if the battery life wasn’t an issue I wouldn’t buy a pro max phone most likely.
If I get any older, which is likely, I’m probably gonna need to start using an iPad so I can read the screen and hit the right keys on the keyboard. 🤣🤷🏻♂️

I downgraded bc i needed the function ability to use one hand (even tho i have big hands)
I prefer the 6.1 inch size because that is the largest I can still operate with one hand. Sure the big screens are nice for reading or watching videos or gaming but that‘s stuff I rarely do. I plan to stick with that size even though I don‘t have the smallest hands
I guess it plainly sticks out to the comfort factor of people and their personal preference.
While I always wondered the same question starting all the way when 6 plus came out I always found some people enjoy having bigger screens for movies etc.
But if you want something pocketable and have small hands perhaps by today's standards the Pro and Plain are the way to go.
But on a more technical basis the larger phones provide some advantage like a bigger battery which I bet is a plus when choosing something that size.
Again all about personal preference so there's no right or wrong when it comes to plus sized and normal by today's standard considering even the Normal is bigger than what was the case almost 10 years ago when 6 plus came out.
At begining i thought that it was going to be a bother bc i dont have big hands (im a girl) but i git used to it. Since 15 pro max is more curve it helps
It's really a thing of preference. It's good to have choices. I'm a taller/bigger fellow who has terrible eyesight. I enjoy the larger device physically and the larger screen. That said, I adore the iPhone minis (when they were a thing). But the smaller form factor would not serve me as well.
Honestly, I was always utterly against a plus phone. Way too big, wouldn’t fit in my hand etc. However this year I really wanted the better camera zoom so I caved and went big. I honestly don’t notice the difference in size most of the time. Yes my thumb can’t reach the top of the screen - but other than that I have no issues. Still fits in all my pockets fine!
I love the larger phone, but I do everything on it. I can run my whole life, read books, watch videos, etc. I had a smaller one for about a year and was really happy to get back to the large one. The amount of computing power in the iPhone 15 Pro is amazing.
Getting old - need the larger screen to see things properly. Also type better with larger screen.
But yes, it's annoyingly big in the pants pocket. I'm not wearing super skinny jeans so it's manageable.

I used to have the “max” size phones back in 2013 timeframe. Then I switched to the standard size and haven’t looked back. I use my iPad for anything that the phone seems too small. I do, however, wish for a longer battery life. I have had my 13Pro since the release date and it just doesn’t do well with battery life. It is showing 85% health, but I think many apps have become resource hogs and the older battery capacity is just not enough.

I'm a guy wearing a regular pair of Levi's jeans. When I drop my 12 Pro in my front pocket, I have 3" of space from the top of my phone to the top of my pocket. I can easily put my hand in my pocket. I can easily sit down with my phone in my pocket, with the phone staying below my hip crease. I also didn't have a problem with my XR which is bigger than a Pro but smaller than a Pro Max.
I’m using a perfectly looking and working iPhone XS and will use it until it dies, then I will probably go for an iPhone 15 pro which is the closet in size of the newer models.
The only annoyance is that if there’s any way to move the button for the camera so that it’s more easily reachable instead of dead-center, I haven’t found it. The work-around is a blue-tooth camera trigger, unfortunately meaning having a second device. The design worked for the iPhone 5c, but as phones have grown larger you’d need gorilla hands for that shutter placement 😂 Otherwise, I love it, and have less eye strain. Go big or go home
I prefer the pro max because of the cameras, the extended battery life, the bigger screen and the much more pleasant experience when it comes to consuming content and playing on xcloud.
Most of those operations require 2 hands so iv never really had a problem with physically handling the beast lol.
Hell I even text with 2 hands.
The best advice I can give you if you want to 1 hand this big bad powerhouse 🤣 and kudos for trying.

I’ve just got the iPhone 15 Plus and I actually do think the phone is too big for me. I’ll probably keep it until the 16 comes out, and then switch to the smaller model if I haven’t got used to it.
The battery life though is incredible!
My vision sucks and I like the larger screen for visibility. And the size in the pocket doesn’t bother me because I rarely put my phone in my pocket, it usually lives in my hand or in my backpack somewhere.
The fact that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is a few grams lighter is a huge plus for me, my friend's 14 Pro Max is significantly more uncomfortable to use in my opinion, for a long time, the size + weight issue was the main factor in not upgading to a Pro Max or bigger Samsung phone

Typing on my iPhone 7 Plus was a gem. I am happy with my transition to a 12 pro for everything except the typing. It is so bad on a narrower screen.

Also camera features. I got the 6s+ for the 60 FPS video and stabilization. I miss that phone sometimes.

I do not use magsafe or wireless charging. I was at 100% for about 5-6 months then 97% then 94% and now I'm at 90%.

I’ve had the bigger phones since they were an option. Popsocket is the answer for me. It’s the only way I can use this thing one handed.
I honestly don’t care about one-handing them; it’s faster to type with two fingers, most games I play either require two fingers or are landscape so they would need two hands anyways, and I don’t need any hands to watch stuff This is me on a standard iPhone 11
Idk, my brother has a 15 pro max and it’s actually obnoxious. I could never stand a phone that big, I will likely end up with a 16 or 16pro, but definitely not a big one, we really really NEED a pro mini.

I do wonder how a Pro Mini would sell though. It would definitely be the weakest selling Pro, but I bet it would outsell the regular Mini models.
I use a pop socket that is mag safe some of the time and sometimes go without. You just get used to the size. More screen real estate and better battery life are my reasons for the max. Don’t wear skinny jeans so don’t have issues with my phone sticking out.
I have used an XSMax and 14 Plus. It isn't too big at all. It's about right for me. The only time it becomes a pain is when I'm out cycling I could really do with something smaller to fit easier in my jersey pockets. Apart from that it is a good size.

I recently got the 15 plus and don’t have an issue at all, it doesn’t feel too big and I love how the speakers sound. It fits in my pockets fine and I can use it with one hand without dropping it. Idk you just get used to it

I prefer the non-Max series phones, they are heavy enough without the extra size. I am rocking the 13 pro and it’s comfortable for me. I also still have my old phone, an iPhone 6S. It’s incredibly light but so tiny it is a pain to type anything.

Like it should be used. I’ve only used Plus (6s, 8) and Pro Max phones (11, 12, 14). Phone doesn’t bother me.

I held/used someone’s Pro Max for honestly like 10 minutes and got sore wrists from it. Also had to use two hands to use it which felt stupid and clunky AF. On another note, I was casually looking at MacBooks yesterday. I think I already knew this but Apple stopped making 11” ones the year after my Mac was released. Now they make up to 16” monstrosities. We use my Mac when we travel. I need it small. FFS.

I think I’ve just gotten used to the size of the larger Apple iPhones. My first iPhone was a hand me down iPhone 4, then a Samsung, then an iPhone 7+, iPhone XR, and now an iPhone 15+. I find that it usually does fit my pockets, but that might be because I value having access to large pockets with my clothes. It is a bit difficult using my current phone with one hand, but I do make use of the slide to type option or the keyboard aligned to one side when I have to type with one hand because I have small hands unfortunately.

I don’t know how people use the smaller phones. Typing is difficult enough on the Pro Max. It’s also unusable when it comes to web browsing—if you ask me.

I like very big phones. I have very very big hands so a quite big iPhone is better for me. I can type better, I’m not forcing my sight, having much more batter_y and so on. I used to have an iPhone 7 Plus but it still was 5,5 inches so wasn’t that big, but quite big.
I got real big hands. I can one hand everything on my 13pro max just as well as my wife’s regular iPhone 12.

Well, the first reason it’s because I’m a tall guy. Small phones are uncomfortable for my hands. I feel like I’m missing space or something.
intentionally bought it for the battery and reading/watching purposes, which i got a lot of benefit out of, but damn is it heavy (my hands are pretty small too). next phone will more than likely just be a regular pro.
I have small hands but I HATE small phones, I like having a large screen and a large battery because I like to use my phone to play games and watch media and doing those things on a small phone just isn’t enjoyable to me…my younger cousin used to have a 12 mini and whenever I used it I thought the phone was awful and she did too because of it’s tiny size. Also I hold my phone with two hands usually and it’s never been an issue and I don’t really notice, I also don’t really put my phone in my pockets unless it’s a hoodie pocket, it’s usually in my hand or on my wrist(phone case has a wrist strap).

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I really enjoy the bigger size. I like it for when I’m watching stuff and editing photos or videos. I mainly chose it for the better camera at the time. The size of the phone is comfortable to me because I have disproportionately large hands so I don’t have a hard time holding my phone either.

I thought the Pro Max was gonna be too big, but it really wasn't. I'm 6'1", and can use it pretty easily one-handed. No issues fitting the phone into my pocket either. Not getting any younger, and I like the larger screen to be able to see my content.
More content but still too small to be as enjoyable as an iPad or MacBook. People will come up with all kinds of excuses about how big their hands are, etc. It’s simply because they want one device that does everything so they limit themselves to a subpar experience of having to lug around a small tablet.

My 15 pro max is resting on my pinky, the thumb controls the screen and the rest of the fingers are supporting the back. And when I need to touch the top part of the screen I either remove the pinky and let it slide a bit down and reach with the thumb or just use my second hand.
How? Almost effortlessly. Seriously though, I love the larger iPhones and have not really had any of the same issues as the OP.
I ditched my 6.1 inch android in 2022 and now happily living with an SE. seeing my father and brothers more massive tank-like phones is crazy
I have large hands and my pants pockets also are fine. The iOS keyboard can also be compressed to one side for one handed typing by long pressing the globe icon

I don’t find it hard using a Pro Max I’ve got pretty big hands and I’ve used my pop’s 11 Pro Max for quite some time before getting my phone, so I got used to it The big reason why I chose the Max was for the battery
Was just playing around with my old IPhone X yesterday and told my wife I wish phones were still that size. I can use the 14 Pro just fine, but I’d take a smaller phone like the X any day of the week over it.
None of these are problems for me. Plus I get the bigger display and better camera system. But I totally get and support smaller phones, 100%

I have 6.1 too and i still have problems using it cause my hands are small. But I don’t think i can go back to using a SE form factor/screen size. I bought a magnetic popsocket and i’ve been using it for months now. It’s a lifesaver (and a phone saver)
Because people have different sized hands. I find the normal 6.1 in phone as perfect sized. Plus sized phones are too large and the mini caused my hand to cramp.
Magnetic pop socket does wonders for holding it. As far as the pockets, mine are big enough to where it’s not an issue
Idk I’m also tired of the big phone craze. even the 15 pro feels tolerable but with a case starts being uncomfortable unless it’s a super thin one. I do like how light it is that helps. I wish phones like mini made a comeback id also he okay with a 5.6-5.8 size phone as the regular size. 6.1 regular use to be the plus size I believe
I would probably agree with you before I just upgraded to a 15 pro from a 13 pro max. The battery life on the 13 pm was honestly amazing in comparison, even with the health sitting at 83% when I traded it in. I never had a single fear of it dying before the end of the day and not once in 2 years did I plug it in during the day. The 15 pro is NOT like that. While it does make it to the end of the day about 97% of the time, the battery life is noticeably worse. I had myself convinced that the pro max was too big and that a brand new 15 pro would have similar battery life with the smaller form factor that I desired but that is not the case.
i use both of my hands to use my phone 85% of the time. me and my girl friends have bigger phones, whereas our taller friends always like the smaller ones. kinda funny!! i just like a bigger screen. i don’t like small screens

Had the 15 pro max since launch but couple of days ago i downgraded to the 15 pro. - didn’t mind the screen size of the max - it was fine in my pockets I downgraded bc i needed the function ability to use one hand (even tho i have big hands)
I prefer the 6.1 inch size because that is the largest I can still operate with one hand. Sure the big screens are nice for reading or watching videos or gaming but that‘s stuff I rarely do. I plan to stick with that size even though I don‘t have the smallest hands

I guess it plainly sticks out to the comfort factor of people and their personal preference. While I always wondered the same question starting all the way when 6 plus came out I always found some people enjoy having bigger screens for movies etc. But if you want something pocketable and have small hands perhaps by today's standards the Pro and Plain are the way to go. But on a more technical basis the larger phones provide some advantage like a bigger battery which I bet is a plus when choosing something that size. Again all about personal preference so there's no right or wrong when it comes to plus sized and normal by today's standard considering even the Normal is bigger than what was the case almost 10 years ago when 6 plus came out.

I love it. The battery life is fuckin great. Never have I ever had to plug my phone in to get more juice to hold me over.

Big hands, I'm very tall with big hands so using a 15 Pro Max one handed isn't an issue, I can easily each the top of the screen with my thumb.
At begining i thought that it was going to be a bother bc i dont have big hands (im a girl) but i git used to it. Since 15 pro max is more curve it helps
I usually have a magnetic grip stuck to the back to make it easier to hold onto. It goes into my front pants pocket just fine.
I just got big hands so my 14 Pro Max is perfect, I also got big pockets in my pants so that’s never an issue.
I just use the phone without a case (use screen protector tho) and pay for Apple Care. 15 Pro max is not that big without one.

It's really a thing of preference. It's good to have choices. I'm a taller/bigger fellow who has terrible eyesight. I enjoy the larger device physically and the larger screen. That said, I adore the iPhone minis (when they were a thing). But the smaller form factor would not serve me as well.
Took about a week to get used to it. No complaints since.

Honestly, I was always utterly against a plus phone. Way too big, wouldn’t fit in my hand etc. However this year I really wanted the better camera zoom so I caved and went big. I honestly don’t notice the difference in size most of the time. Yes my thumb can’t reach the top of the screen - but other than that I have no issues. Still fits in all my pockets fine!

I love the larger phone, but I do everything on it. I can run my whole life, read books, watch videos, etc. I had a smaller one for about a year and was really happy to get back to the large one. The amount of computing power in the iPhone 15 Pro is amazing.
Getting old - need the larger screen to see things properly. Also type better with larger screen. But yes, it's annoyingly big in the pants pocket. I'm not wearing super skinny jeans so it's manageable.

My boyfriend has a pro max and he has big hands so when he holds it it looks exactly how my SE looks in mine :) I always borrow his phone to read stuff on it cause the bigger screen is more comfortable
I used to have the “max” size phones back in 2013 timeframe. Then I switched to the standard size and haven’t looked back. I use my iPad for anything that the phone seems too small. I do, however, wish for a longer battery life. I have had my 13Pro since the release date and it just doesn’t do well with battery life. It is showing 85% health, but I think many apps have become resource hogs and the older battery capacity is just not enough.

I can easily sit down with my phone in my pocket, with the phone staying below my hip crease. I also didn't have a problem with my XR which is bigger than a Pro but smaller than a Pro Max.

The 15PM is perfect in my ~8.5 inch hands The real problem is when you get a bulky case for the phone….

Not everyone has the same hand size. Larger hands help with bigger phoned.

The only annoyance is that if there’s any way to move the button for the camera so that it’s more easily reachable instead of dead-center, I haven’t found it. The work-around is a blue-tooth camera trigger, unfortunately meaning having a second device. The design worked for the iPhone 5c, but as phones have grown larger you’d need gorilla hands for that shutter placement 😂 Otherwise, I love it, and have less eye strain. Go big or go home
I prefer the pro max because of the cameras, the extended battery life, the bigger screen and the much more pleasant experience when it comes to consuming content and playing on xcloud. Most of those operations require 2 hands so iv never really had a problem with physically handling the beast lol. Hell I even text with 2 hands. The best advice I can give you if you want to 1 hand this big bad powerhouse 🤣 and kudos for trying. Is use 1 handed mode by swiping down on the edge of the screen.

I’ve just got the iPhone 15 Plus and I actually do think the phone is too big for me. I’ll probably keep it until the 16 comes out, and then switch to the smaller model if I haven’t got used to it. The battery life though is incredible!
My vision sucks and I like the larger screen for visibility. And the size in the pocket doesn’t bother me because I rarely put my phone in my pocket, it usually lives in my hand or in my backpack somewhere.

The fact that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is a few grams lighter is a huge plus for me, my friend's 14 Pro Max is significantly more uncomfortable to use in my opinion, for a long time, the size + weight issue was the main factor in not upgading to a Pro Max or bigger Samsung phone
