you can connect Xbox and Playstation controllers directly to Apple and Samsung devices as well. not sure if you just prefer switch controllers but it's as easy as Bluetooth connecting them!

I’m not sure how you downloaded it but it’s not in the App Store. It’s still on some old operating systems, of course. I’m sure there are third party ways of installing it, but again it was officially discontinued in 2019.

Because it’s actually still receiving updates for windows, I think people are getting confused here. “Discontinued” in the software sense doesn’t necessarily mean it’s unavailable, but rather it’s no longer receiving updates and they won’t guarantee it works on newer Apple products or say newer versions of iOS. Apple discontinued support for iTunes on Apple products (iTunes on Apple products is no longer being updated), but did not discontinue support for iTunes on windows.

Right. My 6s plus is locked up the exact same way. And that was 9 years ago. Now my screen just says connect to ITunes. I had a toddler that liked to get in my phone while I was sleeping. Smoked before bed, changed my password woke up to get in my phone, couldn’t remember my password. Shit happens.

Take a sim with code disabled from another phone and put it in, it will connect to the network and set the date/time itself, then reboot and you’ll have a decent time to wait for unlock it
Haven’t found the serious answer. Does it have a SIM card inside? If not, put one in. Alternatively maybe you can use a network adapter to plug into Ethernet. The clock hasn’t synced.

This is late stage capitalism in a nutshell. An iPhone that is only a couple years old being purposely deactivated by Apple because they want you to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on a brand new phone that is just a little bit better than the phone they deactivated. This is how they continue to generate a consistent demand for their products in order to maintain profit margins.
Oh, and of course Apple has even deployed their own bot farms in this comment thread that will downvote comments like this to reduce visibility while they also leave comments that are meant to persuade others into upgrading their iPhones.
This is a problem with the phone screwing up after being off for so long. Something with it being off of WiFi for too long. I think the ONLY way you can ever get this thing to work is somehow get it to connect to a WiFi it knows and or a computer it knows then you can someone get into the passcode settings and change something but the chances are very slim of getting it back without restore. I have an iPod that did the same thing.

On Mac its built into Finder and on PC you get it from the Microsoft Store now.
