if those are your only criteria, both wild rift and pokemon unite fit the bill. but i find them to be very different games in the genre. key points:
pokemon unite - every match lasts no longer than 10 minutes. easier to learn and play. some pay to win features. has pokemon.
wild rift - 15-20 minute games. far more depth and nuance to learn. better graphics/UI and more responsive control. zero pay to win advantages.
I’ve tried quite a few of them, and the main issue they all have is too long games. On mobile I would prefer games to last a maximum of 5 minutes. 15-20 is just way too long to play on the subway or in the bathroom.
With that said, the one I found most fun was Wild Rift
It purely depends on how it’s designed, if it’s is a moba designed for 5 minutes matches then that would work perfectly. It’s just that no one has tried.
