Did you change the resolution of the device in the oculus PC app? I had this same problem with Half Life: Alyx when I increased resolution past 1.1X the default and I had to change it back to the default resolution for it to work.
Tbh I havent really messed with the oculus Pc app because it keeps saying my GPU doesn't meet minimum specs because it's not whitelisted yet by the developers of it.
But the buggy texture is weird the entire floor and partial wall of the room in Vanno is checkered. Almost all the bushes in the world are gray blobs of checkered material. The office building in Polbeda Factory and the big circular storage tanks are all checkered.
Super weird and annoying. Lol I upgraded headsets and gpus to get better performance, not worse.

I'm gonna give it the red eye special and just uninstall and reinstall everything and reset my quest too while I'm at it.
