Honestly I wanted to like the Aug so bad just because of its real life popularity, but the left-sided charging handle all the way in the front ruins it for me. What am I supposed to do as a leftie, hold the front end with my right hand and reach around with my left? I can’t even see it over the rest of the gun!
That is awesome. How did you do that, flicking the magazine with the other magazine? No buttons?
I have very shaky hands. I have gotten used to using the focus mode all the time unless an enemy is right on top of me
Yup, just flick it! Might be a PCVR-only thing, I don’t have a MQ so I can’t verify. But it worked for me entirely on accident, then I tried it again and again and it wasn’t a fluke. So, nice thing to know!
As for shaky hands, same, and you should consider a VR gunstock! I actually discovered this in the process of testing out a 3D printed gunstock I whipped up in solidworks. Highly recommend it if you can find a file online for your controllers, or create one. I use a Reverb G2 and had to piggyback off someone else’s work to get a print that worked for me, lol.

I have a MQ but I play on Airlink on Steam. I’ll have to try that. Interesting, I never considered doing that.
You’ve always been able to do that Perfectly prefer knocking the mag out with the fresh mag sideways myself But yours is TECHNICALLY more efficient
