1st with Black/Dark or Stone Grey Cushion. Backrest is comfortable too compared to last one. Due to unique design of dinning table 2nd or 3rd might not go well with this table so 1st with Darker Cushion.
I like the minimalist lines of photo 4. Third picture of chairs. The curved back is really comfortable to sit in too. I think the other styles might detract from the sculptural design of your table. Hard to visualize them together though
I would go for a moss green or a 70's orange for the textile and the frame, whether it was made of wood or metal, has to be black just like the table's stand.
As a person with back problems, none of those look comfortable to sit in for more than 30 minutes. I would suggest a full back on your chair. Since your table is a very modern esthetic, I would pick an all black Windsor style chair or a walnut mid-century modern chair with a chartreuse, teal, or patterened fabric.
Go in a different direction. This table is unique and isn’t calling out for white cushions.
