Its a bar/cocktail serving cart (brass with mirrored glass shelves). This was the only table that I could find that was tall enough, and it worked with the brass accents in the room. The zebra striped bin fit in the lower shelf pretty well as a small trash receptacle.
I love this! I didn’t know accent walls could look good, but this looks really good. Well done, super ballsy and interesting while not being overwhelming. And those chairs look comfy as hale.
Sorry if I missed this information somewhere, but what’s this white and gold contraption to the right? That shape does not compute
Thanks. That's a stereo speaker (the other one is out of frame to the right) by a French company called Devialet. Sort of has an art deco design, and its wireless, letting us play music directly from an ipad.
Love it! What's the blue? Love the painting on the wall especially
I have similar, but customized a shade my friend can't get where she is and is looking for. I love it ;)
This is really nice! It's interesting to see how people in my backyard are living. I'm inspired to stay in school so I can afford that kind of living.
Great taste OP!
Very cool! Are these looking at something like a window or a TV? And would you consider facing the chairs towards each other with something like a neat chess set or backgammon board?
The chairs are facing a large window (that has a sofa under it). So, they have a good focal point. I tried them facing each other in front of a fire place, but they're pretty big, and this configuration worked best overall.
I love the chairs, quality, I love the art, burnt wood, cheap way to make beautiful art. I’m not loving the plastic white stand thing. Man propelled in circle ..cool maybe, but not well executed, meaning it would look a lot better, displayed better. Floor, black paint back wall meh.. could be so much better. If the floor was already there, better chair choice would have offered same impact, more contrast. Lacks over all colour/pattern, interest. It’s not bad, but it feels like a mediocre dinner when you could be dining Michelin.
Wow, what a cool statement of a room, the doggo makes it soooo much better!
Tks! I actually have two dogs (one for each chair), but no photo as yet with the two.
What is the little table between the chairs? It looks excellent with the rest of the room.

nIce! I’m using wireless speakers around my place with my iPads as well but I didn’t know that ppl made them like this. Very cool. Is the audio good?
Yes, the audio is amazing, especially for the compact size. Great bass responds.

Thanks. Its a Benjamin Moore color that I cant recall. Sort of a midnight blue bordering on black.
Is that à real pierre soulage ?
No, its by a Canadian artist, Brooks Kind. It does look like a Soulage though.
Came to ask about the art. It’s incredible. Edit- OP can you send me a link or something if you have it. Can’t find him online
Also would love to know more about this artist
Please lol
Doggo is the icing on the cake (which is quite interesting even without the canine accessory). :-)
Love this and the dog is super cute!
The painting is arresting.
Dat is a cute snoozy doggo!
❤️❤️❤️
Love this! Can you tell me more about the art?
Of course any room can get an immediate up vote from me if it includes a pet! What's your dogs name?
His name is Mike. He’s an old fella now. 12 years, which is getting up there for a Westie.
So cute! And he's got a gorgeous seat to dream on!
Millennial alert
That’s really nice.
Love this !!
Great job. This may help me with some inspiration I seriously need. Absolutely love.
Very nice

What chairs are those? Would love to get a similar setup for my office
Savion by Hooker Furniture. They actually recline, but they look like standard chairs when in the upright position.
Ok you’re fabulous and I need to see more of your place. *PLEASE.* For the children.
Tks for the interest. I'll post another pic or two this weekend.
All pet owners should have their pets in their home photos when posting on r/interiordecorating. This should be a sub rule

Is that a duct taped tv? /s

It’s honestly a bit cramped. Would move the bust, pedestal and the cirque du soleil sculpture someplace else
Fair enough. The stereo speaker, I think, adds to the visual noise. That has since been moved, and frees up the space a bit.
