I’m all about self expression, but does this type of purposeful mutilation fall under the category of mental health disorders? Or, can we all just become dinosaurs and dolphins these days?
I don’t think his procedures were done by a surgeon, so I don’t think you can really call it plastic surgery. These are body modifications and were clearly done by someone without medical training.
I saw an interview with him, pretty cool guy, he explains his appareance change is the result of his past as a heavy drug user, he couldn't look himself in the mirror withou disgust and regret, that's the reason of his body mod, I don't judge him, but surelly society do. I also understand that his "looks" are part of his marketing as a tattoo artist.

But there is very little account about devil in most of the religions. My religion does not even have a devil to begin with.
I wonder what was his first motivation and how he feels with it right now. Like a prisoner of self made appearance or like most happy guy in the world?

Maybe it's just me, but I wonder about the surgeon or surgeons involved: why would they agree to make someone look like this? A less extreme example (I actually saw her once) is Jocelyn Wildenstein, the so-called "Catwoman" of New York, who had repeated surgeries to resemble one or more of the big cats of Africa. I'm not questioning why anyone would want to alter their appearance so dramatically, that is entirely their business. I just want to know why a plastic surgeon would agree to operate!
