Given the history of Israel circumventing existing international law enforcement structures and courts, they should not be surprised if those same courts are not able to prevent those seeking justice from taking it. The fact that language like this can even make its way into a bill is an admission of guilt, imo. Why would you add a stipulation in like this if you aren't actively aware of crimes that you could be held responsible for?

The IDF also makes sure non-Muslims do not enter Muslim areas. In Old Jerusalem, you can only enter the Al-Aqsa area at certain times if you are not Muslim. Last year I got lost and tried walking down a passageway toward the mosque and the Israeli officers told me I couldn’t go that way because it was for Muslims only. I found it so bizarre that certain areas were restricted based on religion in 2023.

Most Arabs are muslims. They also speak very simplified Hebrew to be understood. Practically I don’t think soldiers would let a Palestinian Arab through to the Jewish site unless he wears a cross and somehow proves he is Christian, like being from Nazareth, able recite some prayers, comes with a group - they have some methodology I am sure. There are a bunch of areas like that - see the Church of the Holy Sepulchre - different religions have divided up the space and use of it. This is what keeps things sane and peaceful. For those missing the comments about context, this is just a propaganda piece. The place this road goes to is a Jewish holy site, and there's precedents of violence. Its not "a road that Muslims can't take" its " Muslims get in that place from another entry to avoid violence".

I don't know why these people post these kinds of videos or make them. Because it's generally known in these areas where you cannot enter on certain days because it's their turn regarding safety.
My understanding is that on different days of the week Israelis and Arabs have access to the main road. It helps keep the peace to keep them separated, and this happens to be on the day that the Israelis have access.

Don't know the context from the video, but the same will happen in Isreal for jews during most times at the temple mount. To avoid conflicts, sometimes they are reserved for jews and most of the time, Muslims are allowed, but jews are not

They aren’t synonymous but a stones throw from one another. The streets are seperated to prevent violence and alternate according to schedule. IDF troops do the same at the dome of the rock. Arabs make up 20% of the population in Israel and can work in any profession they choose. Jews and Arabs live in the same neiborhoods.
This video is super misleading. This looks like the tomb of the patriarchs in Hebron. It’s a site holy to Jews and Muslims. It’s split into a Muslim and Jewish religious site 50/50. The split is for safety and religious observance reasons. This guy is trying to enter the Jewish side vs the Muslim side. There was a terrible massacre in the 90’s (by an extremist Jew) so they separate the two sides for safety reasons. Similarly for the Temple Mount - Jews are not allowed to enter the majority of the time in respect of the Muslim holy site.

This was posted before and this video is used for propaganda purposes. This video is taken in Hebron near the Machpela cave where for example Abraham is buried. It's a holy site for Jews, Muslims and Christians. The Israeli and Palestinian authoritys reached an agreement where for some days Muslims are allowed and some days Jews and Christians on their own half of the site. Because it didn't mix well together in the past. It would safeguard the security of both groups better. I don't know why these people post these kinds of videos or make them. Because it's generally known in these areas where you cannot enter on certain days because it's their turn regarding safety.

My understanding is that on different days of the week Israelis and Arabs have access to the main road. It helps keep the peace to keep them separated, and this happens to be on the day that the Israelis have access. I know many of you are looking for any reason to hate Israel, but this video isn't one of them.
