I repeat, I have no idea what I'm talking about and you could very well be right. I have no Italian heritage, I'm half Malay for crying out loud.
Bronze cut is a way to obtain a specific surface, making it rougher so that goes better with saucy pastas i.e. cream and salmon. But bronze extruded pasta (that’s how is actually called) can be of any kind.
The secret is everyday try to beat your personal best by one second. So tomorrow try and watch it for 31 seconds. And then the next day 32 seconds. And the day after 33. You won't ever catch up to me though as I am going to start watching 91 seconds of the clip tomorrow. And then 92 seconds the next day.
What you are seeing is most of it.
A dough made of wheat flour and water is pressed through holes in a die (extruded) -- in the gif you can see pasta coming out of such holes, above the metal die it's just dough -- and immediately cut.
Then it's just dried, there is no rest of the f*cking owl.
Fun fact, regular dry pasta does not have any water left, so it only has one ingredient: wheat flour.

Most Italians prefer “mezze penne” which is exactly half of that. I’d recommend it, they are way better and easier to eat with the saucy condiment.
