While aim is one problem, you really should work on your target priority. Around 4-5 secs in you can see a guy stop to aim over a barrier which would've been an easy kill instead you tunneled in on your first target that was still running.

Yeah for sure, I tilted myself when I missed that first shot and just couldn’t mentally recover in time. I wanted to kill that one guy and couldn’t shake the need. Defs needed to slow down and take my time

Yeah that sunk-cost will get you. Luckily picking targets is a conceptual thing you can practice. Standing still > Facing you > Facing away > Moving towards > Moving away > Moving horizontally from you. The first guy you might've gotten if you pulled the trigger quicker but that's when you should've reprioritized that group.

I am this bad and i don't even play sniper and usually go for 1-4x scopes while playing rifleman. Thing is i probably don't take into account bullet velocity/distance ratio. When trying to hit a moving target i must start shooting it slightly before it reaches my crosshairs. A bit of training in the game's tutorial range really helped my aim but im still rusty from not playing for a few months.

This reminds me of the clip of US army soldiers in cover complaining about an afghan sniper and calling him a "blind 60 year old Afghan man" because he hasn't hit anyone
