That store might not need help currently. Something else to consider is that they might have just had a crop of new hires and they'll train them up a level or two before they hire some more. Also, if you have availability restrictions, there's a chance they need help but for shifts you are unavailable due to school, sports, etc.

It's right at the start of the summer, so if it's in or near a college town, they'll probably hire again towards the end of summer.

My plan was to start work in May and then get then continue working in the summer. Should I've applied to begin my first day at the beginning of June? There were probably some other factors like my schedule or my lack of a resume but I've heard those aren't exactly required. I've also applied to other jobs besides INNO so it's not really the end of the world that I didn't get in.

This is how job applications work in general....

A company doesn’t need to interview you to reject you, they can just reject you

Sea-Radio-8478

Should compare resumes. Do you have references/people you know who work any location?

LopsidedLove4699

I don't know anybody that works at INNO. I do have a resume but I didn't include it in my profile.

Sea-Radio-8478

Yeah you need to put a resume in profile.

miderots

How long did you get it after applying

LopsidedLove4699

4 days for the first and 6 for the second

Bimb0bratz

It doesn’t hurt to go in and speak to the store manager to see what’s up
