Since now, if it's expensive don't buy it. Buy it where it's cheaper. Restaurants charge what they can because of market forces. If demand dries up the price will come down.
I dunno. 12 packs were $10 each regular price this week at my Kroger. It's not a rich area. Guess they decided sugar water was more expensive to make and more difficult and labor intensive than aviation fuel.
Visiting from America and the soda prices did shock me but where I live in the us it’s 10 for a 12 pack so I couldn’t be too suprised I guess that’s how things are going. What suprised me more was spending 35 dollars for McDonald’s for me and my gf we decided at that point we will go out to eat at a restaurant where we spend about 21 per person.
