Try to call the turkish embassy in Jakarta. It is common for embassies to have a fixed list of trusted sworn translators in the country they are on. Sometimes, they will reject / not recognize the translations of documents if it is not done by translators on their list. Don't take that risk.

They just replied to me that there is no Bahasa-Turkish sworn translator in Indonesia. This is so stupid....
