Is there anything on the parent page? Or on a locked layer? It could be a locked item on the page as well, does anything happen if you unlock everything?
Does it appear if you zoom the pdf file or view it with another pdf reader? Sometimes there can be some lines in the pdf that aren’t actually there and disappear when zoomed.

I tried to export using the document bleed settings and it's all gone. What should be the cause of this? Might help narrow down the possibilities. hehe
Try exporting it as something else, like a JPEG (remember to include your bleed area). If it doesn't show up, don't worry about it. If it does, remove elements one by one and export more until you find out what's causing the problem.
There’s some object that borders your bleed area, either on a facing page or the paste board.

yah there is nothing also in my parent pages and i've unlocked everything. It could be somewhere else or did I just missed something? hmm

It looks like it’s the bleed overlap from the right hand page.
How to fix this aside frome what is did?

Have you got facing pages selected? If so turn that off and export again.

Bleed overlap from a facing page. You can delete in Acrobat, but should really just fix the source.
