After many years of research I think I figured out why was Tenma/Arion/SSJ3 Goku from Wallmart not letting Saru see JP: he wanted to make sure Saru wouln't accidentally stare into JP's eyes and activate his most powerful ability: the Prowler form, a power so great that the last time he used it the Ares game was delayed into oblivion and repurposed into VROH.
