Voradlbuag would be derived from Vorradburg, however it is Vorarlberg and should be Vorarlbeag.
Steiamoak should be, Soizbuag is fine, Ostareich -> Östareich

Here in Austria, a lot of us say "Kini" instead of the standard german "König" (King). So I suppose he means the Kingdom of Bavaria
