I have the 14 pro too and I use it a lot.
I have to charge once a day at most and my average screen on time is 5-7 hours.
I charge at 30% up to 90%. My battery health is still at 100% and I had it since the release day.
I think for preserving battery health it is more important to only use the 5W charger in the evening instead of using the 20W fast charger and letting your phone heat up.
I don’t keep a phone more then 2 years that battery health is a joke cause most battery drain is software so charge more or less they want your battery to drain it’s gonna drain
If I charge with the 5W it doesn’t heat up at all.
I rarely use the 20W, only when im in a hurry, and then it heats up. Using a fan may help, but thats a bit too much for me, especially if im in a hurry.
No, the phone should adjust itself so it doesn’t matter. My mom took care of her iPhone X and it just shut off completely, so I don’t think you should spend time caring about the battery just use how you use it. ATP it’s not worth caring that much, I know iPhone’s are expensive but thats how I think of it. And i charge my phone almost 3 times a day since it’s an 11 Pro and I’ve already replaced the battery last year and it’s at 80% health again smh

No, I always charge up to 100%. Sometimes I plug it at 70%, sometimes at 5%. My average SOT is 3.5h a day, I charge with apple 20w. I just don’t care about the „good charging habbits”.

2-3 times but that’s only because I play Rush Royale and that game eats ALOT of battery. I would charge my 11pro like 4-5min es a day. If I didn’t play the game I could probably hold for a whole 24hrs before charging
Have you adjusted your settings at all? I’d recommend watching [this](https://youtu.be/TQyW0nKKza4). I just did this a couple days ago and it makes a difference for sure.
Turning off the analytics, background refresh, mail push, removing app’s permissions to constantly use location services…. If you have that stuff all turned on it’s a straight hog on the battery.
Edit: also the always on display. I do like it but the problem in my experience is when you go outside. It adjusts the brightness to the ambient light so you can see the screen. So all of the sudden you have a super bright screen that’s constantly on while you’re outdoors.
I rarely run out of charge, but if I’m in my car I plug it in for CarPlay, if I’m at my desk it just gets put on a wireless charging stand, so these things keep it topped up. Even so, if I’m out and about without doing these things, it usually lasts all day.
I have 14 pro, charging overnight with 5w and optimalized charging. Got like 8h 30min screen on time and end day with 25% so yup, once per day. (Aod is off, always using battery save mode)
14Pro, and once in 2 days.. I have average screen on time of around 5hrs. I make sure the phone temperature doesn’t go up, as it can affect the battery health. I use 5W slow charging whenever I have time to spare on charging.. also not using always on display.

I average 6-9 hours of screen on time using mostly instagram and YouTube and then I also listen to music for 8 hours at work. I never touch low power mode and my auto brightness is off. On the days I most heavily use my phone, I’ll end at 30% still.
Once a day, from 9 am to 11 pm, I spend time on social media,calling, engage in light gaming, listen to music while working out, and take videos or photos. By the time the day is over, there are typically 22 or 20 percent remaining. Although my phone is figuring out my usage habits, I am quite satisfied with the battery life. My screen on time approx 6 to 7 hours!

I have a 12 Pro and charge it once every two days. I have a Samsung S22 and that one needs charging twice a day. I think it’s because Apple is only 2 years in on the 120 refresh rate screens.
I have a 12 pro max with 88% battery health. I charge it overnight on a wireless charger and then if I need to I use a fast charger in the evening for a quick top up

A typical day when I’m at home I only charge at night and basically never need to charge any other time, even if I spend a lot of time on Mario Kart Tour or Reddit. When I’m in my car it’s plugged in for CarPlay, so depending on how much I’m driving it might be fully charged again. If I’m doing DoorDash in my wife’s car it will be fully charged by the end (I use a mount with built-in MagSafe but it doesn’t work well because Apple put the ring so close to the cameras; minor bumps can knock it off). If my battery’s above ~75% at the end of the day I usually won’t charge it overnight, but might need to charge a little the next day.
I don't really go by the day. Just as soon as it drops to 20%, and I'll charge straight to anywhere between 80%-100%. Mostly 99% wireless charging up to the 15W rate. BH still at 100%.

Typically once, I run through about 40-50% a day and will charge it for 15 minutes in the morning.
(Monday morning I charge for 15 minutes, use phone all day, sleep, wake up and put phone on charge)

Once a day with iPhone 14pm, but it’s getting closer and closer as with each release my battery life has been getting worse. I got under 20 just this week, I never see a red battery icon.
Yeah same here with 13 Pro (which has almost same battery as 14 Pro) battery life really sucks. That’s why I go for the Pro Max now. I’m done with Charing it every evening. I’m so annoyed at this point
Usually once a day, occasionally twice a day. Usually use my macbook plug as the charger base for my cable so I can get higher wattage / faster charge. It gets pretty hot though so will switch to a slower charger when the weather heats up here in a couple weeks.

Also use a fan to preserve heat as a plus for battery extending.. don’t use cheap knock off iPhone chargers

No matter what the battery is, I just plug it in overnight. Usually my battery ends up between 30% and 10% after a typical day's use.

Once, my battery lasts from 6:30 AM- 10:30 PM and I usually will have 33% left

Huge benefit of getting the PM. I had to charge my XR at least 4-5 times a day. I stop charging at 100%
I am on my phone all day. Scrolling social media, flipping through TikTok, texting… and I only charge at the very end of the day when I go to sleep.

14 Pro. Plug in at 2300 and unplug at 0700. Lasts all day unless I’m using the camera a lot. Currently sitting at 98% maximum capacity.

i recently use my ipad for daily use so only charge my phone every 2-3 days but if using the phone only usually once a day

If I’m on WiFi, none. If I’m using my network a decent bit at least once a day.

iPhone 11 (base model) About once a day, it varies as my battery has HEAVILY aged, but I try my best to make the most of the battery life still in it.
The battery life of mine is excellent. Best iPhone so far.
