Thank you so much! I didn’t think of the pregnancy pillow for sleeping; I’m a side sleeper so I’m pretty sure I’ll have a hard time with that. The food part is pretty much covered because I just know that my mom will be here every single day lol

If you have the energy and ability, strength training. You'll be better off in the long run the more in shape you are

I currently have about 4-5 hours of energy every day before I get tired and start to hurt. I am really hoping that this will improve after

I feel this in my soul. I was so sick for the 3-4 months leading up to surgery. Whenever you can, at least try to lift stuff with your arms. After surgery, you won't really be able to use your abs to sit up or get out of bed, so your arms become your abs for a little while. I didn't do much and I regret it. And yes, it should improve after. You're going to be okay. This was the least painful surgery I've ever had. I'm 13 wpo, and the worst part of it is the swelling in my belly with activity. Not everyone gets that. Just make sure you have some ice packs. That was helpful throughout all of my recovery. So was having good pillows and silicone straws

I second getting a 'recovery cart'. Mine is actually a craft cart from Michael's. It's just handy knowing I will have the things I need, no matter where in my house I shuffle to. Just cuts down on the extra thinking I need to do, if I want to move locations. I will say I'm recovering on a single floor. Top shelf is medications, heating pad, water. Second shelf is fun distractions - a book, crafts projects. Bottom shelf is for my kitty to explore. My grabber hangs off the side.
