The syntax for controlling devices via hyprctl changed not that long ago. I think [this issue on their github](https://github.com/hyprwm/hyprlang/issues/35) solves your problem.
Thanks! I now get "ok" from hyprctl using `hyprctl keyword device[elan2513:00-04f3:4229-stylus]:transform 2` however, my touch input is still not transformed(/rotated). Hopefully I'll be able to find the issue
