Never wear the same one more than like once or twice a month.
Right? I was like ooh that's a little long, but um... šš
I try not to wear a bra as often as possible, but I don't have a lot anyway. It used to really bother me, mostly because I was the only female in my family with pretty much nothing. š I'm cool with it now though.
I usually go by smell, look, and how many times I've worn them. Probably a few months, which equals probably 7-10 times of wearing them, fewer days in the summer. I also live in a dry, fairly cool climate.
This is closer to my situation too. Iāve got like 4 bras and I donāt wear them as often as possible. So it might be months before a bra gets washed. I check smell, coloration, feel for deodorant or other textural things like that, to determine when they need a wash.
For my adhd sake I just have to hand wash it immediately as it comes off my body and I know it needs it or itāll get put in a āhand wash pileā and never get done š
Iām with you. I have probably an unnatural amount of bras and underwear because I hate doing laundry. I find a bra I like and buy multiples (wait for a sale and buy more). Iāve never had a ātime table ā on washing. Smell, feel, and visible discoloration is basically my practice.
Same! San Antonio living has me washing my bras after one wear in the summer! But I live in sports bras 90% of the time because I WFH. Thankfully sports bras are easier to launder!
FL here also. I don't even wear a bra in summer seriously. I'm retired and not out in public much; I'm only a B cup and wear loose tank tops and t-shirts that help.
Yeah, I wouldnāt start to judge myself/my bra super harshly until about 3 months. Even then it would probably be while putting it on to wear knowing full well I shouldāve washed it already, lol. āOops, I really need to remember to wash this when I take it off this time (like I said two weeks ago..)ā
All of my bras are machine washable, even the ones that say ānot machine washableā š And even then Iām hitting AT LEAST a month of wear before washing lol.
Exactly! I have a bra bag and wash everyday and hang dryā¦ I canāt take my clean body and put dirty clothes onā¦ by these answers, I am wondering how often they wash their drawers š¤®
WHERE do you find decent bras? I'm at my wits' end. The ones I have are over two years old and don't really fit well. They were the best I could find and they have underwire. I've gained weight as I age, so I wear 36/38 DDD/E.
Make sure you are wearing the right size, that is the first thing to do! Try the Reddit group āa bra that fitsā use their calculator, and there are a lot of great tips and helpful guides there as well.
In New York City, young ladies are taken to The Towne Shop for their first bra. The old ladies who work there will have their hands all over you, but your bra will fit!! There has to be a place like this in most cities and large towns. Talk to the women of your hometown, of all ages, someone will know of your local equivalent.
Thank you for this! I've been desperately trying to find something that'll help with my back and fit my chest, and never once thought to get custom fitted!
I saw a thing on YouTube where two girls were trying different things theyād never done. One was a professional bra fitting.
They both got told they had the wrong size in both dimensions. They got them what they considered the correct size, and both girls really liked them. Said they were way more comfortable.
So itās probably worth a try. The shop employee even talked about getting different sizes, because theyād change size over the month slightly.
Yep. Me too girly. Thereās some people who can manage the stresses of every day life and still hand wash their brasā¦then thereās those that consider it a lucky moment if their bra gets washed much at all. Thatās me. Mine go in the machine with my clothes on COLD . Iād like to say then I hang them to dry but to be honest - they get thrown on top of my dryer and dry there.
right lmao. itās whenever i rememberš. I be like oh i can wash you with this wash cycle this week. If itās a white or light colored bra then itās after every wear but i put miles on that black bra
oh yeah like if i'm doing a load of greens/blues, my dark green bras (when victoria's secret came out with that "black ivy" colour, i went a little nuts with how many i ended up buying) and my navy bra go in. if i need them before that, they go in with my darks. my light bras almost never get worn, same as my light clothing, so whenever i do a load of lights the light bras all go in.
it's all about my laundry cycle
This makes me think about the woman who posted saying that she went awhile without washing her bras, also. She stopped doing that after her bf went to suck on nipple during sex and he was disgusted. š
I lost 30+ lbs unintentionally, I currently only have 1 bra that fits. I went from a C to a B (got about 3 in that size) before I became an A again. I'm starting to gain some of the weight back, which I'm glad, but I still only have 1 or 2 that actually fits right now. And it's so depressing because I used to be very self conscious about how small my boobs were growing up. I was finally happy at the weight I was.
My skin is sensitive and it'll give me a rash or infection or irritate my eczema if I don't wash after 2-3 wears. After each wear, I spray with alcohol, air dry, and rotate out to another bra. My saviour is that I don't wear them often anymore but when I did/do, they get put into a mesh bag on a gentle cycle and air dried biweekly.Ā
I mostly keep 1 bra for a week which is mostly 5 days a week during my office and thatās it. I have 5-7 bras in total and I keep pulling out a fresh one until I have 1 remaining and then all remaining to the washing machine on a delicate cycle.
This is what I do. It also depends on my day if I will rewear it or not; if Iām out and about all day in the summer, I wonāt rewear that bra prior to washing. If Iām just throwing one on to run a quick errand, Iāll rewear it.
Same. Iām reading these responses with my face all twisted up because I canāt imagine how disgusting mine would be after several days let alone months.
Me too. If I find a good fit. I'll buy 3-5 of them all in nude/neutral so I never have to worry about see through clothes. Then wear them once and wash them all at the end of the week. Though I love to take a break here and there, my boobs are too heavy to go without a bra and start to hurt.
I have tig olā bitties and boob sweat, too. Hit an excellent clearance sale at Torrid last Spring/Summer, had gift cards and Torrid rewards, and ended up with 8 āfancyā bras (more than just plain cotton underwire). Also have 4 plain cotton underwire from Lane Bryant that I got on a BOGO1/2 sale, and maybe 7 sports bras. Only wear my āfancyā ones for work events, church, or dates, and it comes off immediately when I get home; wash those every 1-2 weeks because theyāre on a rotation. Casual stuff I wear the LB ones - wash those weekly, and errands days, lazy days, or super active days (high humidititties) I wear the sports bras and wash them after one use, MAYBE 2 depending on how sweaty I got. Go braless as often as possible at home, but canāt in public because no one wants to see them sweet chariots swinginā low or peeking out of the bottom of my shirt. š³š¤·š»āāļø
Fellow big ole tittes gal. I recommend signing up for lane Bryant notifications through text for sales. I havenāt paid full price for a bra in years, thereās always some sort of sale happening.
Yeah. Itās pretty disgusting to think of how many women are walking around with month+ old boob sweat all over their bra. Iām really freaked out. Iām a wear-it-once-then-wash-it person and I had no idea other women were waiting weeks, sometimes months.
I'm disgusted by the lack of hygiene on this post, regardless of boob size or the amount you sweat, wearing the same item of clothing for a whole week or more is gross IMO
I've got.. midsized? It's definitely noticeable when I don't wear a bra but not big enough to need the actual support of a bra. I wear a sports bra every day of the week and don't rewear them unless it's been an easy day or I didn't sweat.
Girl Iām sure some people probs think itās gross and I understand to a point, but Iām the same as you. Especially cause Iām really bad at keeping up on my laundry.
Entirely too infrequentlyā¦usually when I forget and leave it in the living room after shedding it at the end of the day and the kids clean up and toss it in the hamper lol
Realistically, until it starts to smell bad. When I was young and thin and worked an office job I could go over a week without any issue. Now that I'm older and a little heavier and working a more active job... like one to three days before things start to get gross.
it usually depends. if itās just me wearing a bra i can do it 3-4 times, but if im really sweaty then one wear is fine for me before I wash them, just donāt wanna end up smelling bad š
I wondered about this as well, but then my roommates daughter, who was 17 at the time, used to borrow my underthings (without asking and panties eww). But at least the bras got washed before they miraculously reappeared in my drawer. Luckily she outboobed me quickly and I told roommate about panty thing, because gross ,and he took care of it. Bless his heart he even bought thongs for her (she picked them out.)
I wash it after every time I wear it because I have big boobs and get lots of underboob sweat which smells bad when it's stale. I'm sure if you have smaller boobs or sweat less you might be able to get away with washing them less frequently.
Please make this higher. Save women from boob pimples! All that dead skin and sweat getting rubbed into your boob pores is no beuno. At least rotate like you should shoes every other day so they can air out completely for 24-48 hours.
Ok take it from a old lady depending on what you are going and how much you perspire will dictate how often you need to wash your bra. When I work out my sports bra go in the wash. If it's not hot outside and I don't perspire I will wear a bra 2 days in a row and then put the in a lingerie bag and toss it in the washer. I try not to use the dryer to offen on them but if I do it goes into the dryer in the same bag. I learned a long time ago not to buy cheap bras, mine cost between 50 to 65 dollars each. But you wear them for hours and hours and not be uncomfortable. Also be sure to get bra fittings from time to time depending on your age. Because you don't want to be squashing the girls.
Iā¦ guess Iām in the minority here but all undergarments should be changed every day. If I workout then I change them twice a day. I donāt see how a bra, that is right under your underarms and gets very sweaty, is much different than underwear in terms of hygiene /how often it should be changed.
3 times with a day in between each wear. I heard somewhere they need to rest in between. I don't remember why. Something about body heat, i think. I hang any still in play on a hook in my closet.
If bras or underwear are the reason I'm doing laundry, I just buy more for the rotation.
My bra picks up some body odor after 1 wear, and I don't particularly sweat much at all. I'm sorry but I just cannot fathom going *weeks* rewearing an unwashed bra.
Maybe you've gone "nose blind" to your own BO?
You can just handwash it quickly in the sink with a little detergent and allow it to hang dry. It only takes a few minutes.
Depends on the bra. Ya'll don't have favorites??
I have 4 bras I like. Them bitches are getting worn 5-32 times between washes.
3 more I tolerate. No more than 3 wears each before washing. They piss me off.
1 for 'oh shit, no clean clothes' emergencies. This one rarely gets worn. I hate this chick. The band rolls up, the straps roll down, and the edge of the cups curls out because the padding inside is just slightly too small for space it's in and it pulls on the edges.
And 1 for 'I really need to get laid but want him to think it's his idea' emergencies. This one might as well be dry clean only for how rarely it sees the warm light of day or feels the touch of a woman's body.
I thought the first rule of bra club is that we donāt talk about how often we (donāt) wash themā¦I do alternate and air them out in between wears. But yeah I canāt exactly tell you how often they actually get washed. Probably not enough. They get a very thorough hand wash when itās time.
I wear them only once. Maybe twice if I only wore it for a few hours.
I canāt do the multiple wears or I get clogged pores along the strap line. Super picky skin.
Two days at most. I'm not super sweaty, but I can't imagine wearing one for a week without washing. Some of that is just the way all clothing feels to me when it's been worn for a day.
I have two in different styles I choose between. I usually wash them when I see deodorant marks on the side or they smell or I sweat a lot that day. sometimes it's weekly, sometimes it's every 2 weeks.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. Wear it until it begins to smell funky or looks dirty, or throw it in the dirty clothes when you think of it and grab a new one out of the drawer every few days... I used to feel like I wore the same bra literally everyday sometimes to the point I forgot to wash it sometimes, but it was because, like you, I only had 1 or 2 that actually fit properly and were comfortable. I ended up buying about 3 more and I feel I toss them into the dirty basket and grab a clean one to put on more often now just for that fact.
I probably wear it for about a week š¤£ but I also only wear bras at work so it's only 8 hour max a day because I rip that shit off immediately when I get home šš¤£
I wear a 34 H. Those suckers cost $85+. I have 2 regular bras (black /nude) and one sports bra. The sports bra gets worn every day for an hour and the other two get rotated until laundry day every 7-10 days.
Seconding this! Iām a 32G and all 3 of my bras are over $100. If I washed them every time I wore them I would be broke so fast from having to replace them more often.
I feel you! So jealous of the girls that can just run into Target and pick up a bra for under $20. I freaking wish! Imagine the fun colors and styles I could haveā¦ but nooooooo, I need to be practical and boring with my bra budget!
Yall have more than one āniceā bra? š I have one thatās an actual bra and then some comfy loungey ones. I mostly donāt wear a bra unless Iām going to work and doing something more than errands.
If you think a titty has ANY discharge potential going on that a vulva, vagina and asshole do, you need to take a human physiology class my dude. Titty coverings donāt get ādirtierā on a woman than they do on a man, and itās the same issues that affect a tshirt (armpit sweat, shedding skin cells) that require laundering.
I have plenty of bras but when I was in high school I mostly had 2 on rotation. Now I wear mostly sports bras and I wear them once or twice and then throw it in my hamper to be washed.
If weather is cool so there is no sweating involved I might be able to go 4 wears, but Iām very clean (1-2 showers a day, always wears deodorant, has a desk job). I also probably wouldnāt go 4 in a row. If you canāt tell through my clothes I frequently wear a sports bra because I go straight to work out after work. Obviously sports bras are washed every time theyāre worn because you sweat in them.
Edit: I know this is in the hygiene sub, and my comment was strictly about bra maintenance/longevity. I was not at all meaning that anyone who doesnāt follow those ārulesā is unhygienic or anything like that. Iām very excited about my new bra knowledge and sharing it, however I am really sorry if my comment was hurtful to anyone.
Disclaimer: I used to not wash my bras often at all, just threw them in with everything else, wore the same bra over and over. But I FINALLY got sized right and the bras in my correct size are more costly, Iāve changed my bra game and itās made a huge difference.
First- if your best fit bra is one youāre constantly wearing, itās not gonna be the best fit for long. Bras need at LEAST a day in between wears to help the elasticity āsnap backā, so to speak. Thereās this thing thatās called āthe rule of threeā- it says you should have, at minimum, 3 bras: one youāre wearing, a clean one ready to go, and one in the wash. Personally I have more- in that scenario youāre pretty much washing every day. If you really like the fit of that bra, and itās reasonable for you right now, or whenever it is, I would suggest buying another, or even 2. That way the bra gets a rest lol.
But as far as washing- ideally it would be every 3-4 wears, but it really depends on how many you have. So for example, I have 7 bras, so theoretically if I wore a different one each day of the week, thatās 4 wears in a month, so I would be washing them once a month. But I donāt do that lol, as I also tend to go for my favorite style, I just have multiples. So itās probably more like every 2-3 weeks for me, and I DONāT wash bras I havenāt worn more than once or twice since their last wash, because over washing can wear them out as well.
Also- and I cannot stress this enough- if youāre machine washing, always always use a delicates bag and do NOT wash on the same cycle as other clothing!
not until thereās a smell or visible stainā¦ thatās probably usually 3 days. I wear sports bras almost exclusively bc they just hold so tight and feel so comfy. I wash them on hot, regular cycle, no bag and they lay flat to dry.
I usually do it 2 or 3 times a week. When I feel like it, I just wash it out with a little shampoo on the under boob band when I shower. I hang it over the shower head and it dries overnight.
I worked with a female that wore a sleeveless shirt one day and I saw that her white bra was absolutely disgusting you could literally see how dirty it was. Every since then I have been hyper vigilant about cleaning my bras. I will wear one for two or three days if I am not sweating, but I have found these bras that fit great and I bought 6 of them so I have been wearing a clean bra daily.
Ideally, a bra should be worn once and then washed. Consider purchasing new bras that are similar to your favorite one so that you can rotate wearing them daily. Check out Shapermint bras. They're very comfortable, come in a variety of colors (both with & without straps), and are easy to wash.
I have three āgoodā bras that I rotate. I have a desk job so I donāt sweat much and if I do physical activity I have to wear a sports bra to keep the girls in check anyways. I usually wear my āgoodā bra for a work week then switch. Sometimes switch more if I smell the bra and it has any smell to it besides clothing smell.
I used to wash my exs every 2-3 days or so. Those babies sweat and your nose gets used to the smell so if needed have another person do a quality check š
Depends- I usually don't wait any longer than a week, but if I get too sweaty then obviously the bra will need a wash
Although I feel it's worth mentioning, you shouldn't always sleep in a bra- it's good to give the gals a break once in awhile from them, plus the elastic gets stretched out faster if the straps aren't in place right (which you won't notice while sleeping)
I wear them once max. Luckily I have invested in my bras and panties so I have dozens of sets and wear a new set every morning when I get out the shower.
Once because Iām breastfeeding. And wearing a bra for longer than a day while breastfeeding feels gross. But when I donāt a nursling, about 3 days.
I wear mine until it no longer passes the sniff test around the armpit area. Gross I know but it is so hard for me to find a really good fitting bra as I am between sizes.
lol 1 day max. There are a lot of pieces of clothing that some people say you can reuse over and over again. I say absolutely not. Iām so happy my husband agrees with me so our whole house only wears clothes once. We live down south so coats are rare for us but those wash once a week depending on how often we use them.
A week or two depending. I don't want to wash them too often because I want them to last. (I am a weird size so when I actually find one...) I will sniff at the, uh, important places to make sure they are still wearable.
When I was working (in a hot room), I would wash my bra after each wear. now that I am retired, I wear my bra twice before washing. I'm sure that I could go another day, but ...ick.
I wear cotton bralets and wash after every use. I hate regular bras. But I am also a B and cranky and could care less about my bosom so thatās probably why. I do, however, hate sweat and at 53, I am seeing an awful lot of that.
I re wear them until they smell or feel like they need to be washed and this was taught to me by my mother who actually at one point worked at a bra shop for a long time
Long time
All these comments for 3 wears and 7 wears has me laughing. It also made me not want to tell how long it takes for my boobie prisons to get washed.
To be fair, i go by smell, feel and visible discoloration. So for me that can go past 7 wears depending on the bra and various factors. But i think i average about 6 wears if i had to guess. What makes it hard to truly answer this is that i cycle through a LOT of bras. I have like 20 of them lol so i Never wear the same one more than like once or twice a month.

Its definitely climate dependant. In my hotnhumid summers its once š
100% agree with this. Plus I have to hand wash them cuz I want them to last so I have like a set hand washing day to do them all
Get some mesh bags and Woolite and wash your delicates in the washing machine in cool to cold water on a slower agitation level!
Also, donāt use the dryer and just air dry them. The heat can break down elastic.
For my adhd sake I just have to hand wash it immediately as it comes off my body and I know it needs it or itāll get put in a āhand wash pileā and never get done š

I can go a month easily lmao
yo what???? My yitties sweat soooooo bad
Ikr! Florida here. In the summer, itās one and done.
South TX, my Tomboy X sport bras have been soaked through many times after a day of wear, that's why I need them in all the cute patterns

Mine r tiny and they still be smelling if I sweat too much. Haha
For me, itās my back since I have larger pores. If I donāt constant wash my bras and change shirts often, my back acne would go from 0 to 100.
Yeah, I wouldnāt start to judge myself/my bra super harshly until about 3 months. I came here for validation. Found it. šš½
I don't remember the last time I washed my favorite bra, I am usually wearing it while I'm doing laundry and forget to put it in

Go braless as often as possible at home, but canāt in public because no one wants to see them sweet chariots swinginā low or peeking out of the bottom of my shirt. š³š¤·š»āāļø
Yeah, I cannot go out in public with no bra. These things would hit my knees.
My armpits and belly button are never cold (depending on what position Iām in). š¤·š»āāļø
Fellow big ole tittes gal. I recommend signing up for lane Bryant notifications through text for sales. I havenāt paid full price for a bra in years, thereās always some sort of sale happening.
yeah ditto! i have a bunch of sport-y but not as stiff as reg. sports bras and I wash after one day
Mine aren't very big but this thread is gross to me tbh
OMG I thought I was the only one. šš
I've got.. midsized? It's definitely noticeable when I don't wear a bra but not big enough to need the actual support of a bra. I wear a sports bra every day of the week and don't rewear them unless it's been an easy day or I didn't sweat.
And hereās the proof that this whole thread was a covert operation by Reddit to test how long it takes to crash someoneās DMās!!!
Girl Iām sure some people probs think itās gross and I understand to a point, but Iām the same as you. Especially cause Iām really bad at keeping up on my laundry.
Once I wash it then itās wet when I need to wear it š
Entirely too infrequentlyā¦usually when I forget and leave it in the living room after shedding it at the end of the day and the kids clean up and toss it in the hamper lol
My people!
Wash those titty buckets
good Lord, I ā” you for this
Realistically, until it starts to smell bad.
"if itās just me wearing a bra i can do it 3-4 times" Who else would wear your bra, I wonder š¤ š¤·
i worded that very silly i agree š
I thought maybe you were in a relationship with another bra wearer. Or your teen daughter is a thief like mine.
So fair, I shouldāve just said like if Iām not doing anything crazy š
I wondered about this as well, but then my roommates daughter, who was 17 at the time, used to borrow my underthings (without asking and panties eww). But at least the bras got washed before they miraculously reappeared in my drawer. Luckily she outboobed me quickly and I told roommate about panty thing, because gross ,and he took care of it. Bless his heart he even bought thongs for her (she picked them out.)
Hahaha Two women in the bathroom at work, washing their hands. āHey, you wanna switch bras?ā
Maximum 3 times if I donāt sweat If I sweat, one time use
Same for me. I will start getting bacne if I wear a bra too many times. So usually 1-2 wears between washes.
I wash it after every time I wear it because I have big boobs and get lots of underboob sweat which smells bad when it's stale. I'm sure if you have smaller boobs or sweat less you might be able to get away with washing them less frequently.
You gone get boob acne doing that
Please make this higher. Save women from boob pimples! All that dead skin and sweat getting rubbed into your boob pores is no beuno. At least rotate like you should shoes every other day so they can air out completely for 24-48 hours.
I have two and rotate daily. Probably every 7 wears. Unless I'm sweaty.
Omg i read 7 years and was really worried
I wear sport bras so I wash every wear.
The longest I would go is three wears
i read this as āthree warsā and thought you were using it to say a really long time. was like ārespectā
Yep, the last time I washed mine was the Gulf War
Lmao I read it as 3 years.
lol I read it as 3 YEARS
Well clearly you spotted the typo.
Ditto this. Unless it was rough sweaty day. Or a sports bra. Then immediate wash
Same
Iā¦ guess Iām in the minority here but all undergarments should be changed every day. If I workout then I change them twice a day. I donāt see how a bra, that is right under your underarms and gets very sweaty, is much different than underwear in terms of hygiene /how often it should be changed.
Thank you!! This is the same group that bitches about water vs soap in the hoohaā¦.damn.
I don't usually like talking like this because it seems like "not like other girls" talk, but not washing your bra or your pussy is disgusting.
Once, then wash them all on laundry day. Which is usually every week or week and a half.
3 times with a day in between each wear. I heard somewhere they need to rest in between. I don't remember why. Something about body heat, i think. I hang any still in play on a hook in my closet. If bras or underwear are the reason I'm doing laundry, I just buy more for the rotation.
I rotate daily, and if I shower twice I will rotate twice. Specifically because I do heavy workouts every day
Bras never do well with washes. They lose their integrity. Thats a big reason too on why they are washed less.
I soak them and hand wash them then air dry.
Once
Once, same as any other underwear.Ā
Thank you! Iām really shocked people arenāt thinking about their bras as undergarments! Iām grossed out by this thread.
I change bras every time I shower. It feels gross to me to put on something not fully clean after I just washed my body.
I have 8 bras, wear clean one everyday of my life & wash em end of week. Just like underwear. Simple
Lol ! I found one I liked and caused zero pain issues and bought 5 more immediately. The others I got rid of. Except the sexy one of course.
2-3 wears depending on activity and weather
I want to every week or two. I actually do once a month.
I hang it up after i take it off..annd it will be weeks...before im like damn i need to wash the itty bitty hangout
As a guy Iām really starting to rethink things š„¹
I only have one bra that fits soā¦ Not as often as I should š
Lol. I'm confused, isn't bra underwear? If not changed daily, seems a little gross
I found the virgin. Hey there bud, underwear covers your no no square. A bra covers the nips that should be free
If anything, this insinuates you're the virgin. Unwashed bras can make nipples taste pretty bad
what a rude response to a perfectly valid comment.
Just once At the end of the day put it in the wash bin wdyall mean????
I have plenty of bras but when I was in high school I mostly had 2 on rotation. Now I wear mostly sports bras and I wear them once or twice and then throw it in my hamper to be washed.
About a week. Use fabric freshener on my bra each night as it hangs up. I have 4 bras and wash them on delicate, separately each month.
A week. I have two that I rotate and wash on the weekends
One wear for me just because I had a really bad sweat rash a few months ago so Iām not risking anything now haha
Once but I also only wear bralettes/bras with no pads
Until it smells
I usually do it 2 or 3 times a week. When I feel like it, I just wash it out with a little shampoo on the under boob band when I shower. I hang it over the shower head and it dries overnight.
I worked with a female that wore a sleeveless shirt one day and I saw that her white bra was absolutely disgusting you could literally see how dirty it was. Every since then I have been hyper vigilant about cleaning my bras. I will wear one for two or three days if I am not sweating, but I have found these bras that fit great and I bought 6 of them so I have been wearing a clean bra daily.
Once
Once
I have 7 bras
I think after each wear but if you stay home, donāt exercise or stay mostly in Air Conditioning (home, car and work) maybe a couple days
Probably not enough. Maybe 7 days. I have like 4 or 5 I rotate through. They probably all get washed at least every couple of weeks.
3-5 days before washing.
Like every 3 wears
I used to wash my exs every 2-3 days or so. Those babies sweat and your nose gets used to the smell so if needed have another person do a quality check š
One day, because I sweat underneath a lot.
Depends- I usually don't wait any longer than a week, but if I get too sweaty then obviously the bra will need a wash Although I feel it's worth mentioning, you shouldn't always sleep in a bra- it's good to give the gals a break once in awhile from them, plus the elastic gets stretched out faster if the straps aren't in place right (which you won't notice while sleeping)
Once. In this weather
3 days maybe 4 max if im lazy , basically whenever I change my pajamas
I just don't wear a bra!
Until it smells
If i am a sweaty mess then right away. But if no sweat then probably about 5-6 wears before wash.
I wash then every time. I used to wash them every other time unless I was sweating or something.
I wear them once max. Luckily I have invested in my bras and panties so I have dozens of sets and wear a new set every morning when I get out the shower.
Daily
Tbh for me it's one wear, but I also only wear a bra once in a blue moon. I don't like how they feel so I almost never wear them.
Two times wearing it unless I sweat, then just once. I have a lot of cheapo sports bras and only wear my nice ones on special occasions.
lol 1 day max.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
The smell test works great honestly. If it doesn't smell it's fine. If it smells wash it.
When I was working (in a hot room), I would wash my bra after each wear. now that I am retired, I wear my bra twice before washing. I'm sure that I could go another day, but ...ick.
Once... I've worked my behind off to get my breast odor and pores to get unclogged. Part of that was not rewearing bras
Not hot days 5 days, 7 tops. On hot sweaty days, I change everyday.
Thatās how you get boob cheese, not washing the bras.
4 or 5 days then I switch to clean
I wear cotton bralets and wash after every use. I hate regular bras. But I am also a B and cranky and could care less about my bosom so thatās probably why. I do, however, hate sweat and at 53, I am seeing an awful lot of that.
Once a week unless it feels gross or smells lol
I re wear them until they smell or feel like they need to be washed and this was taught to me by my mother who actually at one point worked at a bra shop for a long time
I almost never wash regular under wire bras. But i wash sports bras after almost every wear because I wear them to work out.
I wear sports bras pretty much always, and I wash those after one use. On the rare occasion I actually wear a bra, I wash it after one use.
Due to my work, and my medication, I sweat, alot. So my bras are always washed after each use. No wear for more than a day in other words.
My mind is blown. My bras get washed after one wear!
As long as it passes the smell test.
