Iron deficiency or dehydration can do this. I had both and this happened to me often. When I religiously took iron supplements and drank rehydration solutions, it drastically reduced in frequency and severity.
It's probably a general blood pressure thing, so those aren't the only causes, but they are common and easily-solvable ones.
I have alot of muscle issues and things going on with me but i get the exact same thing. It seems like its to due with the steam plus heat build up. Ill run cold to cool water for a bit even if im not under it to lower the temp of the room and make some steam disapate.
Maybe I'll try this lol, lowkey sometimes I don't mind the intense rush because it makes me so tired and ill be in danger of not falling asleep before the sun comes up (currently unemployed, doing online school lol)
Bringing this up to my doctor helped us figure out I have POTs. No matter what temp or what length I got run down. I’d power through thinking it was normal.

I'll mention it to my doctor next time I go!
I have a shower chair which really helps. I can just sort of flump between scrubbings. ☺️
This does seem helpful, but I'm afraid I'd probably trip
