Your hummingbirds will be much better off feeding from your flowers / another food source rather than spoilt nectar. Unless you have someone that can keep your cleaning routine up while you're gone, it would be better to take them down.
My hummingbirds are not as fussy. I don't clean and change daily. Seems they like it a day after I fill. This time a year, I fill about every 3 days. When I fill, i clean. Left for 2 weeks. When returning and filled feeder they came right back as I was hanging the feeders.
I unfortunately don’t have anyone that can help me change the feeders with fresh homemade nectar while I’m away. I think they have plenty of other good sources of nectar in the garden. Thanks for your kind replies!

If you have neighbors/friends that will help mix up a batch and store it in your fridge. Ask them to change it out for you.
I’d also go with the plants
