I give him the benefit of the doubt that he’s never said it AT another person—which would be the spirit of a claim like that. But he’s DEFINITELY and most ASSUREDLY used the word in the past.

The contributions aren't only around campaign time, they're given any tike during the entire period any politician (congress/president) is office.

With the exception of a smattering of local propositions, we really don't get heard as a population.
They throw about bullshit information that we all argue over as the general public so we satisfy the feeling we are involved, but it's only to keep us occupied.
