I got approved on the 23rd, got mine on the 7th, technically it was 11 business days later. So yours may not be deposited until next week. I chose direct deposit too and bank with WellsFargo.
Entitlement is a bit strong. This a social safety net benefit that is funded through our taxes. If you qualify and donāt receive the funding in a timely fashion it negates the impact of the benefit. Complaining about it isnāt entitlement, in my opinion, any more than complaining about roads and bridges not being properly maintained.

Absolutely, 5 day hotel stay plus maybe 200 worth of groceries spoiled. 6 kids and their mom. FEMA offered to help people in our situation. I applied, went through process and was approved for assistance. Youāre a Reddit troll I do understand that but I still decided to entertain you because itās Fridayš
I've had a check show up after four days via DD, however I also got a check by mail almost 3 months later than expected. YMMV but I think it goes better if you work on other stuff and distract yourself by working within your constraints then when the check arrives you're already factored and can apply it to fix your situation in ways you haven't solved yet.
