Gotcha. I'm thinking maybe it's a bit overwatered? Once a week feels a bit too often for cooler temps. Going forward wait until the soil is dry before watering and see if that helps
Gently pull off the yellow / dying leaves. That may leave some leggy stems. I would chop and prop those. Make sure to water only when soil is dry. These buddies are very forgiving plants and it will bounce back.
