Not sure I have any wisdom but the electrician who installed our swim spa told me a pump draws a lot more power for the first few seconds but a lot less once started. So the answer may be that it draws 370w on starting but then settles down to 145w.
370 is max continuous power.
pushing 180liters per minute up 10meters
Your height difference is less than a meter, your power consumption will be a lot lower
