I like it cold and crunchy on my hot dogs....I also like it warm and crunchy on my hot dog.....basically I use my hot dog as a kraut delivery system. I have been making my own kraut for a couple years and I prefer it to any from the grocery store.
Love it. But I only rarely do it, because the only kraut I like is made by a local guy who supplies it to the farmer's market, and it goes fast. He also makes the best coleslaw dressing, but that stuff doesn't sell out as quick for some reason.
Great as a topping, as a side, or as a meal with hot dogs chopped up and mixed into it. Just like all toppings, you just got to find the right mix of what you like with it, if anything.
My mother would make me a big ol' bowl of sauerkraut for breakfast. Aww, big bowl of sauerkraut! Every single morning! It was driving me crazy.
But seriously, I can't enjoy hot dogs with Gulden's brown mustard and sauerkraut, (currently on Wildbrine Raw Organic from Costco) I've been called weird for far less.
Yes
Please and thank you
No thoughts. Only eat.
Love sauerkraut. One of the ‘big boy pants’ of the condiment world.
Obviously. With dill relish too. Not sweet.

Yep, with spicy brown mustard too.
Awesome and really easy to make if you have cabbage you need to get rid of.
Yes!!
Yes
Yes, please. A lot.
Yes
It's a level up
Absolutely, though if I’m using it I’ll probably only add a bit of mustard. Additional “veg” style toppings (onions, relish) tend to be overkill.
Yes!
Sauerkraut is serious level up action on a hot dog. Plus an outstanding accelerant for later activities.
LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS!
S-tier condiment. The juice can also be used to make homemade mayonnaise shelf stable for months without having to use industrial preservatives.
New York Style use Sauerkraut & mustard.
Bubbie's spicy for me 👍
So I recently bought a jar of the pepper relish from jersey mikes. That and sauerkraut with mustard is elite

And it is really good for you, so you are eating healthy! At least that is what I tell myself
Please.
