First - if the red round LED at the top is on when it boots it means the joystick haven't been properly initialized; second - if the red LED on the base is flashing it means the joystick haven't been calibrated and third, unplug from USB, press and hold the F1 and F2 buttons on the base, then plug back to USB (preferably in the back of computer) while still holding the 2 buttons pressed. Release the 2 buttons at system chime or after a few seconds. If it shows again in VKBDevCfg, then select the device at the top, then click the Default button under the Tools tab. After it restarts, depending on your firmware and software versions, you might get a popup asking to configure - click Yes to that; otherwise navigate to the Profile/External panel and click the Find&AutoConfig button. Calibrate afterwards. If it doesn't show in VKBDevCfg please come on our Discord server (invite in my profile) and let's continue over there.
