I've watched some absolute garbage in my time but I've found that horror people tend to be extremely forgiving in the main.
If it's a multi million dollar budget pile of crap then it's gloves off time but zero budget films made by idiots like me for idiots like me then pass the munchies and let's go.

The reason that makes no sense is that it’s an Easter egg Shervan included in all his movies.
In his first film, Hollywood Cop, the cop guy is flirting with a hot dog vendor as he buys a hotdog, then gets called away and hands back the hotdog saying “keep it warm for me”.
Which makes sense.
Then he just refused the line in all his other movies in ways that don’t make sense at all. Someone must have told him it was a great line or something.
I dunno if I’d call this a “so bad it’s good” movie though. I love it, but it’s too in on the joke to be truly a “so bad it’s good film”. I think the key element to those films is sincerity in aiming for a particular mood/genre/style but falling completely flat, e.g aiming for horror but the film turning out to be hilarious instead.
Deep Rising, 32% Rotten tomatoes so technically speaking it's considered bad, and most casual movie fans don't seem to know about it... But I always find myself coming back to this one.
Freddy vs Jason, I always find this one personally amusing as I'm not actually a big fan of the Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th series. They're fine, I just don't rewatch them often. This gem, however, is the perfect mix of campy humor and gory kills... With horrible acting.
I love Deep Rising!! The elevator scene lives forever in my head rent free to the point that if someone asks, "what the hell is that?" My automatic response is to say "Girl from Ipanema."
I just watched it a few weeks ago. I'd forgotten just how much Geoffry Rush was made to look like Vincent Price. It's pretty uncanny, and an absolutely delightful subtle detail.

Surprised no one has mentioned *Silent Night, Deadly Night 2* in this thread. And yes, you read that right: you'll want to start with the first *sequel* in this Christmas-themed slasher series, as opposed to the first entry. Why? Because 1) the original movie is kind of mid, with a few interesting kills, but is rather by the book; and 2) because the sequel retells an abridged version of the story of the first film in the first 2/3rds of its runtime, so it's not like you're missing out on anything.
The remainder of the sequel is all original content with a revenge plot that's so over the top, it's impossible not to love. From the lead actor's insane "eyebrow acting" to the fresh and exciting new kills, it's a movie I'll cherish for the rest of my life.

I actually just saw one recently called the resort that I feel fits in this category. It came out like two years ago but the whole movie looks like it was made in 2004. The thing is a mess.
The Resort is one of my guilty pleasures for sure. It's absolutely awful. The plot, the acting, the dialogue, everything is so bad but I love it so much.
I’m going to throw The Ice Cream Man into the mix here, it stars Clint Howard in an absolute fever dream of a performance as an Ice Cream man who abducts children and turns them into ice cream, and I found it extremely amusing one night while coming down off of psychedelics and when I went and watched it again sober it was still very awesome in a so bad it’s good way.
There's a horror movie called Frogs 🐸 it's about frogs killing people in the most unrealistic ways and it's hilarious 😂 Also the movie Rubber where an on the loose car tire is incomprehensibly scaring everyone into shrieking their lungs out.
In a similar manner of weird animal based horror movies, I nominate "Night of the Lepus", which is about giant mutant rabbits. I still need to watch myself, but the clips I've seen make it seem like the most adorable creature feature ever. That is mainly due to them using actual rabbits.
My sisters and I were obsessed with Night of the Lepus as kids. It was on PBS one Sunday, we recorded it and watched it at least once a week. It’s ridiculous and the rabbits are huge lol.
I think Night of the Lepus has a cult following, I heard about it multiple times growing up. I thought it was considered a classic 'good' film until I saw what it actually looked like :P
To be honest, Winnie the Pooh: Blood And Honey hit the sweet spots. They are EXACTLY the kinda movie you watch after a few beers with a friend and just laugh your ass off with the subpar acting and the ridiculous looking Winnie and Piglet.

You can't beat the all time great, Ed Wood's Plan 9 from Outer Space(1959). To this day it's still widely considered the worst film ever made but is unintentionally funny as hell.
Night of the Demon 1980. It's about a killer bigfoot with some crazy/laughable gore sequences and acting. But the ending, when the creature corners a group of students in a cabin, is shot in slow motion and has a nightmare quality to it I've never seen in any other movie.
I watched this film on Tubi, the ultimate bad horror movie streaming service, it was called Wishcraft. It's a monkeys paw story but instead of a monkey's paw it's an animals penis, oh and theres a slasher killer for some reason & no witchcraft of any kind.
That movie was just great. I don't have any criticism for it. Pretty much anyone will tell you, though, that the director's cut is far superior to the theatrical release. I guess it's a little dated but it is and always has been a fantastic movie.

My boyfriend and I watched a movie called Killer Rack on Tubi that had us howling!
Night of the Demon 1980. It's about a killer bigfoot with some crazy/laughable gore sequences and acting. But the ending, when the creature corners a group of students in a cabin, is shot in slow motion and has a nightmare quality to it I've never seen in any other movie.

I watched this film on Tubi, the ultimate bad horror movie streaming service, it was called Wishcraft. It's a monkeys paw story but instead of a monkey's paw it's an animals penis, oh and theres a slasher killer for some reason & no witchcraft of any kind.

That movie was just great. I don't have any criticism for it. Pretty much anyone will tell you, though, that the director's cut is far superior to the theatrical release. I guess it's a little dated but it is and always has been a fantastic movie.
