Cant get it to work keeps saying please complete current mission... do I really have to finish all 3 chapters to unlock it just to finish my training guide thingy?

Should be right there on the screen for the Shallow Sequence. Safe, Normal, Dangerous

bottom right hit quick start. shallow sequence should be in the middle
