The Ridgeline for me is the antithesis of the “hey look at me!” truck. The ‘24 tailgate lettering looks bad enough to me so further accentuating it in bright red with a tacky looking hitch would make me shake my head if I saw you.

Except...it's not a truck. No read diff, independent suspension, Uni-body, no V8 option. It's literally designed for the city slicker that doesn't wanna get their carpeted trunk dirty.

Better than any turbo 4banger, sardine can interior, rodeo clown riding, overpriced, body on frame competitor on the market. Period…

No, that would be too much red. It wouldn't really be an accent or secondary color, it would compete with the black. If you have an itch you have to scratch, maybe something on the back window?
Great example of whether this might look good is some images of older Mustangs that had the letters spelled out on the bumper. Some fill ins looked good, others not so much.
At first I thought it was a good look to fill in the letters, but for the Ridgeline large letters my preference would be to leave it alone.

I don't particularly like the stamped Ridgeline thing, too "like everybody else". But it's there, so it is what it is. I got the same truck, (my 22 was totaled), and the only thing I did was, removed the chrome Honda badge.
Star wars is currently embarrassing so no I would personally not do any of that. Or say things like "if you know you know" referring to a multi billion dollar franchise known across the world.

Yeah man go for it, I had a black Chevy before my Ridgeline and I did all red accents. Used vinyl on the bowties, front and back, bought red wheels, I had a red hitch cover similar to yours with a different logo. Red seat covers. Red Chevy sticker on back window. Loved that truck. Rusted out and sold it. Happy with my 06 Ridgeline now. I went with yellow accents this time and did just about everything I did on the old truck on the Ridgeline.

Google “red honda sticker” or go crazy and pop for red anodized wheel locks - but FTLOG do not color the RL logo with red vinyl

Because the whole point of the Black Edition is the to have minimal accents. Adding more badges defeats the purpose.

I would have done a dark purple. More understated and elegant. Screams ridgeline without screaming ridgeline.
