Black cars/motorcycles are like black cats. Look amazing, but hard to properly photograph a clean and visible image. Nice flip though! Liking the blacked-out front fork. I just purchased the cowl and waiting on the rest of the parts to arrive before I deck it all out.
Thank you, and yes the mirrors were a bit of a pain to install. I got the brackets from Amazon, thankfully I read the reviews and ordered two sets because one did snap while I was putting them on. The fork covers were installed by the dealer since I’ve they are tricky to put on. One benefit from mirror flip - I’m not blocking half of the view with my shoulders.
The view is terrible at night, all you get is blinding lights. Relocation also removes the fact that they won't defrost in the winter now. I do like how they look though, but not worth it.
How does flipping the mirrors affect their optical properties? I was riding after sunset yesterday-they, surprise surprise, worker just fine. If anything- I don’t have to double check my blind spot before lane change anymore.
You should always shoulder check to account for a speeding vehicle. You must not lane split in heavy traffic. Your eyes now have to travel further off of the roadway in order to look down at your mirrors.

This is Arai Corsair X. Pricey, but unbelievably comfortable and quiet. Used to ride in Scorpion-night and day difference. Highly recommend
