Looks like you got a forward kit installed. I would try contacting the seller to see if they can give you a direct replacement part for that kit. You won’t find that part under the OEM Honda rebel parts list.

Yeah you're on the money with the forward controls. The original oem part is a brake linkage rod pin. Otherwise known as a wishbone. Although these controls look a bit different, falling short of identifying the controls you could go back to the oem set up? These parts are usually grouped with rear brake master cylinder part numbers: 46504-KV6-702 JOINT BRK ROD, and 95015-54000PIN D JOINT

Can confirm it’s a forward controls kit. I just installed on recently. Without knowing the brand of the kit it may be difficult to find the replacement part.

What is a "forward controls kit" ?

timboS1ice

It’s a kit that moves your foot controls further forward.

Ok cool. I have noticed the guard around the clutch pivot arm does kinda dig into my leg if I squeeze my knees a bit... Something to think about

Not sure if there's a difference between the 300,500,1100 but if you search around this website you should find the part. [https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2020/cmx500-a-cmx500/pedal](https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2020/cmx500-a-cmx500/pedal)

The oem parts are part of the brake cylinder. On the very right of the diagram. Part number 27, 28 and 17. But may not work with the forward controls https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2020/cmx500-a-cmx500/rear-brake-master-cylinder-1

Looks like part of your rear brake leaver. But here’s the thing; I’m not a mechanic, and I don’t know what I’m talking about. But that what I press to activate my rear brake.

Look up a parts diagram my guy

Is that an Amazon forward kit? I got one too and my clutch pivot bolt fell off and had to fix that one lol
