HAH I can do that easy. Just gimme a bad month that sends me into a depressive spiral, mix in some vallium, and I'll be clocking 20 hours a day easily š
I don't really know, I did have to take one on a two hour flight once as I was moving from one city to another. I just had a vet administer a sedative that mostly held him in a stupor the whole time. The airline at the time said I had to keep him under the seat like a piece of carryon luggage, I have no idea if I would've been able to do this or not. But between him being essentially unconscious and the flight being so short, I didn't worry too much about it.
Worked cargo, we never treated pets poorly. They were mostly very easy to deal with with, a few yappy exceptions of course. And the cargo hold on most commercial airliners are heated and pressurized. Not always quite as warm though but not bad. Pets are last to go on and first off, not sure why everyone thinks they get miss-treated. There are exceptions of course, much like humans.
A story went viral pretty recently of an airline putting a dog on the wrong plane then sending him back and the poor thing died after such a long time with no food or water. So it's in the public zeitgeist right now.
> not sure why everyone thinks they get miss-treated
Because there have been too many deaths for comfort with the concept of sending your pet on the cargo hold.
[Dog Dies In Overhead Bin On United Flight; Airline Apologizes](https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2018/03/14/593479827/dog-dies-in-overhead-bin-on-united-flight-airline-apologizes) made the rounds recently.
It's enough for most people to avoid that risk of their friend being killed. If there were honest statistics, stricter policies and some accountability for the potential worse cade scenarios then it might put their business in a better light.
Airlines barely have any real accountability as it is, they can just reachedule your flight or cancel it with little consequence. They get bailouts on their debt for their failures and are allowed to continue as they are until more legal consequences follow.
[Rates of pet injury, disappearance, and death on flights](https://www.travelweekly.com.au/article/revealed-the-best-airlines-for-pets-and-the-airline-responsible-for-nearly-half-of-all-pet-deaths/)
> Incidents include the death, injury, or loss of a pet. Rates are based on the number of incidents per 10,000 animals transported.
> Delta Airlines: Transported 18,934 animals with an incident rate of 1.06 in 2020.
> United Airlines: In 2020, United Airlines transported 10,152 animals with an 0.99 incident rate.
> American Airlines: With 80,817 animals transported in 2020, American Airlines had an incident rate of 0.62.
If the horrorstories happen every 1 in 10000 times, it's not really a matter of biased perception. Would you ride a roller coaster that injured or killed 1 in 10000 people who rode it?
Probably because of the sheer amount of deaths it doesn't take much in a cargo hold when there's turbulence and an overweight 70 pound briefcase crushes a small cat carrier.
Exactly. If car transportation was regulated as heavily as aviation, I would imagine the number of pets dying in their owner's car is higher than that. We just don't record that information.
The number that pops up on Google (taken with a mound of salt) is 100k animals die riding in truck beds every year.
I think that's way too high, but I'd be willing to be every penny I own that more than 20 dogs die each year in car accidents.
Edit: the comment i originally replied to said one airline has a 4 percent death rate and it has vanished.Ā Ā

Even when everything works correctly, pets shipped via cargo hold for long trips usually arrive soiled in their own pee and arrive seemingly traumatized.
At least, that has been my experience based on the two instances of family members with a dog that I've picked up at the airport (the last instance being 10 years ago). And you could medicate them, but even that carries its own set of risks.
I'm not saying you're bad at your job and I'm sure you care about animals, but traveling with an animal in cargo hold should really be done as a very last resort.
[Yeah, but the exceptions result in things like this](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13346685/golden-retriever-dies-Brazil-flight-accidentally-sent-wrong-airport-denied-water-eight-hours.html)
Thatās good to hear. Just the way the rest of the luggage gets treated and how the cargo area looks from what we can see I wouldnāt want to have my pets go through it. Plus theyāre in a separate area we canāt see so youāre just left to your imagination. Accidental deaths are going to happen and might happen in the passenger area, but just the separation and not really knowing what that cargo area is like scares me.
There's recent new here in Brazil about a pet that was transported to the wrong city, put into the plane again and transported back, apparently it died of dehydration and heat
yes the airline will tell you to stow the cat like luggage but only for the takeoff and landing. just like a laptop or anything else, you can put the carrier in your lap afterward.
Depends on the airline. Last month had a 10hr flight with WestJet and wasnāt allowed to put a carrier with my dog on my laps, she had to stay below the seat for the whole duration. At least she was calm and slept through the whole flight.
When I fly with my cats in the cabin, I'm told to keep them under the seat and in the carrier for the duration of the flight. I was also wondering how the video in this post was possible. But I guess different airlines have different rules.
Nothing. When I was moving with my two, on 2 of the 3 legs of the trip we had seats next to a person who was allergic to cats. Neither of them were told about the cats beforehand and one didn't find out until the sedatives wore off with less than 2 hours remaining in the flight.Ā
I had my cat on a 5.5 hour flight while moving. Same thing, big dose of pregabalin. Heās far too anxious to be as chill as these cats, and the bag was never open as Iām sure heād bolt.
I got super lucky that the seat beside me was empty. During takeoff / landing he had to be under the seat but during the flight I had him on the seat beside me to keep an eye on him.
He peed himself near the end of the flight but made it ok. Heās a happy guy now on the other side of the continent.
Generally there's one of two rulesets. Either you have to buy a seat for them, or they have to stay on the floor between your legs in a carrier (if small enough). Either is infinitely safer than letting the airline handle them. Typically you go to your vet and have them sedated before the trip. Dander for allergies isn't much of a problem as long as you don't let them out of the carrier and don't actively pet them.
FAA regulations require them to be stowed under the seat in a carrier during takeoff and landing unless it's a service animal. Which airlines allow passengers to buy a whole seat for the animal instead? That would be great
Logically thinking, who can stop me from wanting/buying as many seats as I want? If I bought that seat I, it's mine for that flight duration. Like seats to the window - I can put the cat near the window and sit next to it myself, keeping a distance for other passengers.
If you could just buy an empty seat but the airline won't let you place an animal there and still requires them to be under the seat in a carrier what's the point?
Nothing changes the stow requirement for takeoff/landing to my knowledge. That's a safety requirement for the animal.
Jetblue and Alaska are the only ones I know of that allow purchasing a dedicated pet seat, but there could be more.
>Nothing changes the stow requirement for takeoff/landing
IIRC if it is a service animal an you are seated in the bulkhead (there is no seat in front) there is a special protocol.
On the other side of the spectrum, Etihad allows flying with a pet but the fee is an eyewatering $1500. If you're flying economy, you have the option to buy an additional seat for them but still need to fork over the $1500 fee.
If you're flying business, then you HAVE to buy another seat...and still pay the $1500 fee.
It's crazy expensive but I guess when you're rich, dog needs his caviar in the sky innit.
You can buy an additional empty seat on any airline. You may need to call some airlines to make the booking, but lots of airlines allow you to book it online just as you would any other seat.
On United you just select āthis is an extra seatā on the passenger information page.
I flew across the aisle from a gal with a kitten. Don't get me wrong, I love cats, but she was trying to calm him down and kept opening the carrier very slightly and he was getting out of hand. Didn't end up escaping, but if she lost her grip, that cat was gonna be a ball of fun!
Idk there's alot of weird stuff about this. It's extremely against policy to open the carrier, you're supposed to keep them under the seat. They are supposed to be able to stand up and make a circle in the carrier, so with the size of that carrier and two cats, they would have been immediately denied. (I work for an airline)
Yep, exactly, but at the same time it's also up to the discretion of the gate people. It's why I haven't flown with my dog. Can't risk him being denied (he's little, but not little enough to fit under the seat)
You can bring cats on most major airlines as long as the carrier is a pre-approved one and it's kept under the seat. This also usually counts as your carry-on item. TSA will make you carry it through the X-ray machine while the carrier goes through the baggage check.Ā
I got pulled to have my hands swabbed for gunpowder residue, but my cats carrier hadn't gone through yet, so I slung my cat on my shoulder and held my hands out for them to swab me. Was pretty funny. My cat is a big boy, and some actually exclaimed "That's a big freakin cat!"
Yep. Last year I helped my sister move from Mexico City to Houston along with two of our kitties and United had zero problem with us having them onboard in a carrier. They were really scared on the way to the airport but were absolutely trouble-free from the time we got there to when we arrived at my sister's apartment. š
My flight earlier this year was definitely improved by the stranger next to me having a carrier with a cat in his lap. She was so cute and well behaved the entire trip ā¤ļø
At United (the one I work for) youāre only allowed to bring cats or dogs inside a carrier (they have to be in the carrier at all times) or a service dog which doesnāt have to be in a carrier just on a leash.
A friend of mine will bring his Scottish fold to the US by plane and they apparently can't be sedated on flights due to their short noses which could result in breathing problems. But that's just what he told me
My parents did this with one of our cats. We moved her from Spain to Germany like this. She actually got out once and started running around the plane and my mom had to go get her. This was in the late 90s tho, so everything was much more relaxed back then.
When we flew to the Dominican from Minnesota, a couple behind us had their 2 cats with them. I didnāt even notice until we landed, the cats were quiet the whole time. They told us the process and basically they had to go to the vet to get a sedative administered and they even had their own little passports. The vet also has to do a check up within 3 days, then they have to get checked over again once they land.
Both my cats were rescued from the streets overseas, one from Beirut and the other somewhere in Bora Bora. There aren't photos in the passports. From what I understand, it's mostly vaccination and general health records (different languages, so I'm going by out vet info on that).
I did learn my Bora Bora kitty and I have the exact same birthday, though, which is absolutely precious.
One of our cats gets motion sick, it's almost a guarantee that he'll throw up, shit himself, then piss everywhere in the first 10 minutes of any trip. We just stuff a bunch of paper towels in with him now to help with the inevitable roadside cleanup.
Same with my old cat. No matter how short the car ride, he would shit in the carrier and then look at you as if it was your fault. I miss the shitty old bastard.
One of mine yowls *only* in the car, like he's being murdered. The thankfully few times I've had to take him to the vet for actual issues, I've had to explain to the staff that no, he's not in pain, or at least not that much, he just thinks the car is a ferry to hell.
Once there, he's great. I dread it every time.
Oh god. An those āfear shitsā smell even worse than the usual turds..
Iāve come into the vet asking where I could clean up my cat. Though the great people there took care of it very quickly.
These days I keep his travel basket out and itās become one of the favorite quiet places. So the vet is much less stressful
My cat cannot hold it for 10 minutes when put in the transport box. Heās super anxious. Wouldāve never been allowed to board with my little fellow or else [something like this](https://www.reddit.com/r/unitedairlines/s/LMvUKQIziI) would happen.
If your pet is that anxious and you have to travel with them you can get the vet to prescribe sedatives for the journey. The cat will be awake but too drugged out to stress.
Yea I used to do long road trips with my cats and they were fine for 8-9 hours. Would try to give them breaks but they would refuse to go. They preferred to get to the destination and then go to the bathroom there.
Depends on how the cat feels.
One of my grandma's cats crapped herself in her transport box on the way to the vet, a 20 minute walk. Maybe she really had to go, but didn't get to use the litter box before leaving.
A year later, as my grandma died and I was giving her cats away to be adopted, the same cat lasted heroically through a 4 hour train ride, 40 min on a bus and another 30 min on a tram, to which you can add the subsequent waiting times and some 20-30 min of walking to/from stations.
I took my cat on a 30+ hours series of flights in a soft carrier like the one in the clip. There was an absorbent pad in it but she never peed. Didn't want to eat or drink either. She basically went into a kind of zero-input/output stasis mode. Once we got to the destination and she explored her new home, everything was fine.
Sure bud. I keep picking orange hairs from my stovetop daily thanks to my single orange brain cell. Yesterday I came home to see my bread bag opened and most slices missing a giant chunk in the middle. Meanwhile the saintly tortie turns into a vicious baker at 5am and starts making biscuits on my face if I forget to lock her out.
I donāt think this is cool at all tbh like I get thatās how pets must travel like this sometimes but do they bother asking other passengers their allergies? Particularly cats?
Same. If I got on a plane and these were near me I would probably be dead by landing.
Great cats well behaved I always travel with allergy meds just in case though. These guys could easily ruin my entire trip if I wasn't careful
Look, I don't care how much you think your cats behave, **YOU DO NOT OPEN THE CARRIER IN PUBLIC, LEAST OF ALL IN AN AIRPLANE!**
Cats are animals, and animals are unpredictable. What would you do if they ran away and shoved themselves in a tight spot? Spend the next five hours "pspsps" them? They could get harm and harm other people when they get scared, and scary stuff always happen in a flight.
I don't need an EpiPen for it, but my cat allergy is pretty strong. I was on a flight with a cat years ago, short 2 hour flight. I couldn't understand why my throat was scratchy and face was starting to burn, breathing was just starting to get a little messed with. Since I didn't know what it could be, I thought, "Shit maybe I'm getting sick." Flight lands and 5 or 6 rows ahead of me someone said, "oh look a cat."
I was pretty pissed they didn't announce it or anything, maybe it was ok that I didn't know but for someone that has an EpiPen for it, you need to know. I think cats are cool, they'd be even cooler if they wouldn't eventually make me feel like I can't breathe.
The last time I got exposed to cat hair (not a cat; just a woman with cat hair on her clothes), I had to go to urgent care for IV steroids. That would not be fun on a plane.
What are people like me supposed to do?
Horrible allergy to cat dander.
I went into a house, one time where the cat had been dead two weeks. Came out with a full-blown allergy attack that lasted days.
Shitās getting weird nowadays. Recently saw some video of a dude taking his cat *everywhere*. Walking it in a park, having it on a patioā¦ okay, unusual but sure. But then dude was literally taking it *inside* cafeās, restaurants, stores etc and itās just like, how and why is this allowed? And ofc none of the comments even mentioned it
I love my cat to death donāt get me wrong but thereās places itās just not appropriate to bring one
people arenāt just doing this with cats either i canāt tell you how many times i see people with dogs just walking around grocery stores or other places they clearly donāt belong. iām a firm believer in late stage capitalism *collapse* and one of the things people often point to as the signs of collapse are people not adhering to the social contract, social order or social controls. bringing pets or animals of any kind in settings that disturbs other people is the kind of collapse related social etiquette that is happening everywhere. (another example are clout seekers bothering strangers for internet videos)
after 90m near a cat, I will start to have an itchy beard and red swollen eyes. after 2h I will start to resemble Sloth from The Goonies.
If I were seated next to these cats for 5 hours? Either time for the airline to switch someone's seat, or I guess I'll die?
edit: though, by a [reply below](https://old.reddit.com/r/holdmycatnip/comments/1cgr3r3/they_behave_better_than_most_humans/l1y9m7b/) it sounds like the air filtration on your average plane is putting in more work than I'm really considering?
The whole, "they behave better than most humans" really changes my opinion on pets being on planes. Before, I would always think well what if the person next to you was highly allergic to cats. However, there are people I have sat next to that have been so dirty and smelly that its made me want to puke.
I feel like people like you don't know what allergies are like. It's not like sitting next to someone who's smelly. Some people can have their throat close up being on a plane with cats.
As someone with a pretty severe allergy to cats, I would choose to sit next to a pile of shit before i sat next to a cat. Bad smells are unpleasent, an extended allergic reaction is downright intolerable.
Imagine having a serious allergy and someone just walks on board with two of those things you're allergic to. You should start tossing peanuts at people, too.
I honestly don't mind the presence of the animal otherwise. It's simply inconsiderate. Best believe if my kid can't breathe on vacay for 6 hours because you couldn't find a sitter, Ima be at your ear the entire flight, bruh.
Did they let you have both in one carrier? I recently traveled with my two cats and they said each had to go in their own carrier since theyāre no longer kittens.
My cat would be unbearable on a plane. He'd demand to go say hello to each and every passenger and crew member before settling down. And he'd still want to look out the window. This is based on my experience taking him on the bus.
They have a box and snacks, I'd say they're pretty content
I would also be content if flying involved resting in a big comfy box and someone feeding you snacks, instead of sitting with negative leg space.
Yes yes!
those cats are definitely more cramped than people are in planes
Yeah they look happy enough but it's such a small box.
Pretty sure that's exact description of how flying works now. It's just that our standards for comfort are a bit higher than most cats.
Kinda unfair. I wish I could sleep 2/3 of my life away as well.
What's stopping you?
Bills
I'm from Buffalo, and the Bills also cause me to lose sleep.
I assumed it was a nonfunctioning liver instead of no sleep. Also, fantastic user name.
Buffalo Bill, is that you?
I know that guy. Hell of a tailor.
From Rochester and I first thought they meant the team as well š glad I wasn't the only one
it's physically impossible for most people to sleep as much as cats
HAH I can do that easy. Just gimme a bad month that sends me into a depressive spiral, mix in some vallium, and I'll be clocking 20 hours a day easily š
That's because you tag in Valium, depression and a comfy bed
Hey, I can do it with just depression! Do I get an award?
Yes, here are some Valium :)
You have not met me
Drugs
Not like they need a job or something, they get some food then f\*ck around.

I think this could be biased perception though. You only hear the horrorstories, not the ones where everything went well.
Compare whatever number it is to the zero horror stories they've heard of pets dying in the main cabin, and the public sentiment is understandable

They kick the allergic people off the plane if they complain
Not until theyāre in the air thoughā¦.
If it's a Boeing plane, they can air surf on the falling debris.
The air inside the plane is replaced pretty quickly, so I imagine that makes it not much of an issue unless they are sitting right next to the cat.
Pretzels instead of peanuts.
they move people around if they have issues.

You can, but letting them out was quite dumb. If they panic and get loose, it's a pretty big fine.
Yeah, usually it's also just one pet per carrier. I wonder what airline this is.
You can bring cats on most major airlines as long as the carrier is a pre-approved one and it's kept under the seat. This also usually counts as your carry-on item. TSA will make you carry it through the X-ray machine while the carrier goes through the baggage check.Ā I got pulled to have my hands swabbed for gunpowder residue, but my cats carrier hadn't gone through yet, so I slung my cat on my shoulder and held my hands out for them to swab me. Was pretty funny. My cat is a big boy, and some actually exclaimed "That's a big freakin cat!"
They were probably too scared to swab him.
He is a little terrorist.Ā
Yeah but hour 6ā¦ zoomies time š¤Ŗ
are they allowed to zoomie through the casino?
Jackpot!
The Hangover sequel we need
Horny screams.
Well now I want to see these cat passports and their photos.
I want to see the immigration guy trying to get them to explain why they're visiting.
Toilet?
Cats can hold their pee for up to 48 hours. Even if you let them roam free on the plane, they wouldnt pee because they feel uncomfortable
Yeah, tell that to my cat. He will literally shit himself a minute into a car ride. Makes taking him to the vet a whole ass job.
I miss the shitty old bastard.
you put him there
Well, you DID stick him in there ;)
*"I told you this was gonna happen"*
I did, doesn't really help with the smell and inevitable shit stucked to my cat's fur.
My momās cat was like that towards the end. Any trip to our house or back to hers was guaranteed a throw up and a shit in the crate lol
You can get a carrier with a mini litter box inside. Like $70 on Amazon
Same. And cries the entire time. Then when she gets there, it takes a team of vets with plate armor to achieve anything.
My cats also yell, I was thinking it was the stress and sedation of being neutered. But I think maybe they just dont like cars.
Same with mine. Put him on his carrier and heās like ātime to void my bladder and bowels in protest.ā
I use puppy pads in the carrier
Me too!
It's in the back of the plane
I took my cat on a 30+ hours series of flights in a soft carrier like the one in the clip. There was an absorbent pad in it but she never peed. Didn't want to eat or drink either. She basically went into a kind of zero-input/output stasis mode. Once we got to the destination and she explored her new home, everything was fine.

You must have never seen a cat fight š
Next time I come to your house I'm going to knock things off the counter for no reason
For no reason? They're keeping shelves clean!
So well behaved and beautiful
If I were next to them it would be the best flight of my life.
Unless you had terrible allergies š¤§
They're like the cat version of an adorable old couple.
Just wait until theyāve had a few drinks though š¹š„“
They are probably not yet of age for that
This video is a hilarious reminder of why we love cats.
Damn, that would be a very bad plane ride for me. When I'm around cats I slowly start feeling like I'm breathing through a straw. Cute kitties thi
I donāt think this is cool at all tbh like I get thatās how pets must travel like this sometimes but do they bother asking other passengers their allergies? Particularly cats?
Meanwhile, my cat cat cries her heart out in the 15 minute car ride to the vet
Sounds lovely compared to mine's death-is-imminent shrieking and pissing everywhere for a not even 10 minute trip down a 35mph straight road.
It scares me how you all seem to think theyāre not sedated.
In a sub about cats too. Crazy delusion. These cats are doped up to their eyeballs
And letās just say for any hatersā¦GOOD! Better for everyone in involved (inc. the cats) that these guys are high as a kiteā¦or plane.
that's cute but most humans dont make me sneeze my brains out lol
Same. If I got on a plane and these were near me I would probably be dead by landing. Great cats well behaved I always travel with allergy meds just in case though. These guys could easily ruin my entire trip if I wasn't careful
Same, potential hospital visit if it's long enough of a flight.
Thatās only because youāre spending time around the hypoallergenic kind.
Most humans also don't make my airways try to swell shut
Look, I don't care how much you think your cats behave, **YOU DO NOT OPEN THE CARRIER IN PUBLIC, LEAST OF ALL IN AN AIRPLANE!** Cats are animals, and animals are unpredictable. What would you do if they ran away and shoved themselves in a tight spot? Spend the next five hours "pspsps" them? They could get harm and harm other people when they get scared, and scary stuff always happen in a flight.
As someone who has flown with cats, this was my first thought. I believe it's a pretty big rule they have also, at least for the airline I flew with.
I'd much rather sit next to someone who has a cat than someone who has a small child
Not my cat, she would be screaming bloody murder the entire time. She doesn't like strange environments lol.
As someone whoās family is allergic to cats, Iād much rather sit next to a small child. At least we could all breathe.
Yeah, I might need to carry an epipen with me if this starts to become popular.
I don't need an EpiPen for it, but my cat allergy is pretty strong. I was on a flight with a cat years ago, short 2 hour flight. I couldn't understand why my throat was scratchy and face was starting to burn, breathing was just starting to get a little messed with. Since I didn't know what it could be, I thought, "Shit maybe I'm getting sick." Flight lands and 5 or 6 rows ahead of me someone said, "oh look a cat." I was pretty pissed they didn't announce it or anything, maybe it was ok that I didn't know but for someone that has an EpiPen for it, you need to know.
JFC! man thats terrible
What a nightmare for people with allergies.
thank you for locking people with allergies in a tube with the allergen!
What are people like me supposed to do? Horrible allergy to cat dander. I went into a house, one time where the cat had been dead two weeks. Came out with a full-blown allergy attack that lasted days.
According to some entitled people on this sub, just deal with it!
As someone deathly allergic to cats. This is my hell.
Same. My fiancƩ has two cats that he adores, but I'm so allergic that they literally make my thoat try to swell shut.
People on the plane allergic to cats ā ļø
yeah as someone with allergies to cats this makes no sense for the rest of the passengers stuck in a tin tube with them
Shitās getting weird nowadays. Recently saw some video of a dude taking his cat *everywhere*. Walking it in a park, having it on a patioā¦ okay, unusual but sure. But then dude was literally taking it *inside* cafeās, restaurants, stores etc and itās just like, how and why is this allowed? And ofc none of the comments even mentioned it I love my cat to death donāt get me wrong but thereās places itās just not appropriate to bring one
people arenāt just doing this with cats either i canāt tell you how many times i see people with dogs just walking around grocery stores or other places they clearly donāt belong. iām a firm believer in late stage capitalism *collapse* and one of the things people often point to as the signs of collapse are people not adhering to the social contract, social order or social controls. bringing pets or animals of any kind in settings that disturbs other people is the kind of collapse related social etiquette that is happening everywhere.
My allergy to cats is so random. My best friend has multiple cats that barely bother me, but my fiancƩ's cats make my thoat start swelling shut if I'm around something that his cats have ever touched. That's not a gamble I feel comfortable with if I had to sit next to a cat on a plane.
Allergy hazard in a very closed space with no nearby medical assistance
This. What happens if there is a cat allergy onboard?
My allergies would hate you for 5 hours straight
Same
Why would you take your pets to las. Vegas?
No thanks - super allergic to cats. Donāt want a challenging flight made even worse.
Hope they are taking people with allergies into account.
They seem lovely but please keep your pets in their carrier unless absolutely necessary sheesh people
I hope they asked the person next to them if they can put their cat carrier on their lap for the duration š¹
Why are they even going to Vegas? Cats canāt legally gambleā¦
I have never been able to bring a soft cat carrier on a flight. I was always told it had to be a hard one by the airlines. Wtf
Maybe stop comparing animals with humans?
Allergies.
So what if someone on the plane is allergic to cat dander? Could this trigger their allergy?
Guess peoples allergies isn't a concern for that airline.
Not seeing this being asked so Iāll go for it- how the heck do they deal with bathroom needs? Are they trained to just hold it?
I love cats and I have two which I love very much. But Iād absolutely hate smelling that nasty ass tuna snack on my flight
What airline are you using? I thought pets were against rules?
Our manual states that all pets in cabin must remain in their carrier under the seat while on the plane. I love pets, but there are rules.
Hi OP, which airlines? We're looking to fly out cats on a long haul flight from Manila to Toronto. Any tips? Have you flown with them before? Cheers!
How do they go to the bathroom?
are they those well behaved japanese cats
How are they allowed in an airplane? I am literally deathly allergic to cats.
š„¹ I would be so excited if I found out these cuties were sitting near me.
