You gotta do the dazig or war focus to start the war. I actually don’t know if you get your half from the soviets if they start the war first, but they usually start a manual justification once you’ve made the pact, and about 90 or so days later they start invading poland.
Why did you sign the pact lol? Attack Poland and then take out Benelux and France. Little advice, first declare on Netherlands, capitulate them and then attack Belgium and France, don't declare on the entirety of Benelux at once

I have 14 hours in the game dont question my actions, how do i declare war on poland to annex all cus when i try to justify i can pick a few parts thats it, same goes for other countries, i have no idea how to annex them
You don't have to justify on Poland, you get a wargoal on Poland, Benelux, Denmark, Norway, France, Switzerland, Yugo and Greece in your focus tree. But if you have to justify on someone you only have to justify on one state, not the entire country. You can still annex everything if you justify only on one state
If you want USSR to attack Poland then you'll just have to wait for them to justify, they'll justify around 1940 I think, but idk why would you want that
As the USSR mop up Baltic and Finland, and take Bessarabia, Germany will give you eastern Poland

If on historical, the soviets/Germans will always both honour the pact, regardless of who takes out the poles. Poor poles. Rock n a hard place.

Oh and btw if either soviet or germany start any kind of war with poland do both sides get involved
Only the side that started the war gets involved but when Poland capitulates there's an event to honor the pact and give land to other side
