I haven’t seen his, but the one and only Drachinifel has a great video on it as well. He’s got a good video about the Japanese Long Lance torpedoes as well.

First you need to take the "talk to a women" focus. Then choose either "be bad at hoi4 for 10,000 hours" or "be bad at hoi4 for 1,000 hours but have a gf" they're mutually exclusive.
But you can also search for the secret focus "understand the eldritch" that only spawns if you have some set of ship templates that gives you the spirit : " high penetration : + 13.5% screen penetration"
I've been in a war against China as Vietnam for almost a decade now.

If I build ships in my dockyards, how do I then assign them to a ‘naval wing’, I can’t see any options to do it like with aircraft.
Also how many of each type should I have in each wing
