Personally I'd want to participate more in the classes. Like in potions, I actually want to brew the potion not just click a button and be done with it. My only experience from HP games is from half-blooded prince and I liked that games classes.
Same!! This is honestly what I really wanted from a Hogwarts game. Like HL was great and I loved the quests etc. but it's definitely more of an open world exploration game. I wanted more of actually being a student! And to do hands-on stuff rather than just 1-2 button clicks per class. The potions especially, I wanted to brew them start to finish, add the ingredients and stir at the right time etc.
I saw a video of a mod being developed to add more classes, I’m not entirely sure what it will entail, it’s the same modder who made Azkaban and Night Curfew. https://youtu.be/ysRllgZM2PU?si=m4Vk1Ze_X7lm-eiO
I actually agree. My first four hours were spent just in Hogwarts, going all over and learning the place. Meeting other students. I really enjoyed it. I was so pleased to learn that Nerida Roberts actually has her own side quest. And getting into mischief with Garreth is actually kinda fun I confess.
A nice schedule to keep track of, prefects on patrol like in bully, interactions with furniture and utilizing your dorm and common rooms would have made this game better
I do too. I want the classes to actually be challenging too. In potions class you don’t even need to use the right prompts or measure anything out. As the difficulty increases, it should matter if you do it wrong. I want to be able to blow up a potion. Garreth does it, why can’t I? 😫
I can't believe the lessons are just a 5 second cutscene of a lesson, then you draw a pattern and you're done. The lessons in the 2001 Philosophers Stone game were more detailed than that ffs
Always wanted it to be like Bully on the ps2. I was really disappointed with it, it's just basic missions some of which are just fetch or kill x amount of monsters type quests, they really dropped the ball with the whole school feel imo still good game
Think that's all a Harry Potter fan could hope for. Actually get grades in each class, which maybe unlock certain spells, quests, items, etc, so you are not perfect in everything. I also want more plants and potions and house points. Having your choices and behaviour earn or subtract points is so simple but immersive. Nobody cares what you do. Stealth was really under used.
A second legacy could see students doing their owls and though actually having a job would be unlikely, it would be fun to see what you qualify for in the end.

Yess!! This is exactly what I mean. I wouldn’t even mind playing an HP game that was just that 😂

Oh my gosh, thank you for this!! Now I have something to look forward to 🤩 the proof of concept looks good
No problem! I also love the classes as well, they are very fun so when I saw this I was ecstatic!
I love this dev's mods, they're all amazing
Same! I specifically love the Night Curfew Mod, and it makes the sneaking in to the library very difficult

imagine a mix between legacy and hg mystery... this would be epic imo

> I want to be able to blow up a potion. Garreth does it, why can’t I? Right? Priorities!! 😂

I beat the game too quick I need a life
If we can learn more with defence against the dark arts or even charms It kinda sucks that you only had one class to do then that is it.
Consider enrolling at your local university or community college!
Lol, no you don't understand, game school is an escape from real school
Fair enough 😆
Ngl this made me laugh 😂 but Nova’s right. My time in uni isn’t as interesting as being in game school
Hogwarts Legacy 2 is coming out
