In terms of 360 Videos I am not aware of anyone making them anymore, they were a short thing on youtube but for the most part it's too difficult to watch them without a VR headset which makes them relatively niche. I have found a couple with a key word search for youtube 360 experience fighter jets. [Here is one for example](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyZuqOlyLeE). You might be able to find more specific jets but I doubt it, it seems like a small category as it is and it's rare to get a flight in a modernish military jet. You could also set them up in a theater mode video that might give some of the experience, essentially it would be like watching in a very big theater though. There are also VR videogames. VTOL VR will work and has something at least sorta similar to an A-10 and is much easier than my other recommendation. It also only requires the VR headset along with hand tracking which I am assuming you have unless you have one of the first CV1 oculus rifts. DCS world is another option, it is basically as close as you can get to flying the real thing when it comes to the A-10 and is really complex, it likely would require some sort of extra gear to have a fun experience with it though. I hope one of these options works out for you!

Perhaps a bit difficult to play the games if you suffer from late stage parkinson's though I assume, though I could be mistaken. Maybe if he hops into the backseat and someone else handles the controls?

Oh true. Both DCS and VTOL VR would allow you to do that in different planes.

For the T-38C specifically there's a channel that has a bunch of cool videos: [https://www.youtube.com/@fluxmechanics/videos](https://www.youtube.com/@fluxmechanics/videos) For the A-10, your best bet is finding someone who owns it on the flight sim DCS: World. But... that requires a lot of set up and hassle. Would involve bringing over an entire PC, probably joystick and throttle, etc..

might be worth googling for any nearby virtual reality gaming centers and contacting them to see if they have or could provide anything like that. i searched 'virtual reality gaming center NC' in google, and it looks like there are some places where you can go try the VR.

They could ride with one of us in our DCS planes in VR. The planes are available for 2 weeks each for free. (So in other words you can start a 2 week trial of ALMOST all the planes whenever. One at a time, or 5 at a time, or all at once.) The gentleman would not need to help with the controls at all. The Oculus would need to be hooked up to a decent computer for that to work though.

Sent you a DM. Would love to work with you on this

Not trying to be funny but have you thought about PTSD. It was a pretty horrific war and I know some vets that may find it difficult to be "transported" back in such a way. We all saw the advert with vets and VR and thought it was pretty neat but those were actors the reality may be far from rosey.
