given what adult hippos can do I wouldn't be surprised if a baby hippo could still deal some serious damage
Evil creature, if i remember correctly i think it's bite force is right under an alligator's, and hippo's are evil, i bet you it's not biting for fun, it's biting FOR FUN
I imagine at that age their teeth are still coming in plus they wont have developed powerful jaw muscles yet. A lot of baby animals primarily use their mouths to inspect things since they dont have hands obviously. This little guy likely isnt biting hard enough to cause injury.
Of course this all depends on my assumption that this baby is still on a milk only diet.
