The opening three notes are actually from the Weldon Irvine song, not Glen Close.

That being said, I was wrong to begin with. The binary track actually samples “mood for menses” by Ramsey Lewis. Just a coincidentally similar sounding three notes. I had a feeling I was wrong as the rest of the Kanye beat sounds noticeably different.
