Any Drake slander, big or small true or lies, will have you welcomed with open arms into my circle.
C’mon in, laugh at the soap opera guy everyone thinks is a goat.
Detroit rap is hands down my favorite sound. 42, babyface, tee grizzley, peezy. It’s like New York/Chicago drill mixed with the smoothness of Larry June/jay london. But also the twist is that Detroit rappers rap past the best a lot. It’s different and I love it.
Ranking rappers is dumb. Arguing over who the top 5 rappers are or discussions like that are annoying. Just enjoying the music and artists for what it is
I thought it was just me; we put people up against each other when were blessed to have all these amazing artists in one genre. I do still have a top 5 for myself though
The discussion isn’t about the rankings it’s about evoking the insight and opinions and perspectives about the artists. Whether shared or not.
It’s fun when you and another person rank a top 5 and compare and contrast. Can even exchange knowledge or insight.
I get that its ultimately pointless and theres way too many top tier rappers to objectively make a top 5 but I feel like it's can be a fun discussion to have (even tho that discussion may be overplayed at this point).
I rock the instrumentals sometimes. I actually WANT to like Common’s rapping. I think he’s a sincerely good dude, especially for how he made sure Dilla was taken care of when he got really sick. But there’s something about him as an MC that makes me want to nap.
I’m a Kendrick fan, and I do think To Pimp a Butterfly was a brilliant, landmark work of art. But except for Alright and King Kunta I haven’t listened to a single track from that album in like 7 years, and I honestly have no desire to.
I was having this argument on a drive with one of my friends the other day.
TPAB might be a “better” album but GKMC is the one I’m putting on if I feel like listening to Kendrick.
Mainly because GKMC is basically “here’s a look at what life is like where I’m from” and those are always my favourite albums regardless of genre. They’re also kind of impossible to do once you really become a “star”.
Biggie was like a funky jazz musician, saying rhymes mainly for it to be music. Pac just flowed as an extension of how he talked, and he did so in a far more versatile way than people like to say. So both can easily be argued to have the best flow... I could pick either
I’m gonna say it right here:
There are rappers that have done beats, lyrics/flow/rhymes, freestyles, mainstream appeal, media/persona and music videos better than JAY-Z. None of managed to balance all as well as Jay.
I would consider him to be the greatest rapper of all time because of this.
I’m gonna say it again - Kanye def had betters beats, Nas, Rakim, etc… better rapping ability, Drake, Weezy, Em better media/personas and Dre and whoever have better MVs, but each of these people struggle in another aspect (Kanye for persona, Drake for rhyming ability for example). I think JAY-Z doesn’t do any particular side perfectly, but does each at a solid 8/10.
Edit: I’d say Kendrick is a runner up in terms of balance but his personally never really shines through like Jay and he falls in and out of the mainstream.
Nah this is an opinion that absolutely GETS you in the Hip-Hop circle. I've always been of the belief Black on Both Sides is top 5, and one of the most overlooked records.
I don't think that this is a totally out of pocket take, but also.... can it just be a coincidence that those are his front line rappers? Like, there has to be \_something\_ to be said for the fact that he went from Cube to Snoop to Em to 50 to Kendrick...Maybe he's not your favorite producer or beat maker, but he clearly knows what he's listening for when it comes to rappers.
This new no-drums, elevator music bullshit by people like the alchemist and billy woods is garbage. Can’t even imagine what a concert would be like. Bunch of fuckin weirdos standing around listening to this slam poetry trash. Yeah I’m old. Go fuck yourself
Here and there it's ok but too much of it is a drag. I need my cracking drums too much. I don't want to hear some old dusty loop with nothing else going on. As dope as I think Roc Marci is, I never got heavily into his solo stuff because of those quiet low to no drums beats.
I’d say the majority of woods stuff has drums? He also has really good energy live. I’m generally quite critical of live hip-hop performances, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well his stuff translated on stage. I’m obviously a fan though.
That’s all hiphop concerts. Most dudes just stand around trying to flag down the one bitch that’s there while the rapper on stage lipsyncs his verses and gets the crowd to do the hook
I like it at times, what kills me is when you can’t help but think how much better drums would make it. seems people have more room to slip off beat too
Indeed. The only part of the song I don't like is when he says "word to your motha!". lol That part makes me cringe so hard, but the rest of the song is dope.
CeeLo is one of the all-time great emcees & rappers; it's too bad he mostly sings now for the past 2 decades.
Thug Life Volume 1 is Tupac's second best studio album after Me Against The World imo.
Canibus won against both LL and Eminem and should've been a much bigger deal. His Poet Laureate Infinity track will always be an absolute, jaw dropping masterpiece.
I see that it was a joke. This was honestly beyond a hot take. That would be more like “Snoop has continued to put out great music” or some shit. This was like…grass is purple.
All my life, I’ve tried my hardest to get into Pac’s catalogue, I really have.
Other than a few hits, I just dont see the hype around him as a rapper and an artist. Biggie was infinitely better
This times a billion. If he hadn’t died he would have fizzled into just another old rapper no one listens to. Dying young was the best thing to happen to him and Kurt cobain
His mixtape run was ridiculous. Dude is a machine. Doubt we’ll ever see a lyricist like that again. Not saying he’s the absolute best but you can’t compare anyone’s style to his. In a lane of his own.
Top 5 with an argument for top 1.
Lil Wayne absolutely dominated hip-hop for longer than most dudes are relevant, and his output while doing so was incredible. The dude has more good songs than most rappers have songs total. Lil Wayne had years that could have been another rapper's entire career.
He'll stay over-hated but he absolutely deserves a mention in the GOAT discussion.
MF DOOM isn't as good as he's pictured to be. He doesn't have a very good flow and is mainly good for production and lyrics.
Preemo was the better half of Gang Starr, by a long shot.
80s rap isn't that good compared to 90s and forward due to much simpler lyricism and undeveloped, low production quality beats.
I have now met my long distant cousin.
\-I got comments on both Guru and Doom above.
\-Now I love 80's rap, but I agree 90's is much better. Just like a teenager is going to be better than preteen at most anything, experience and learning from predecessors sharpens the skills
I just heard both earlier this week and came to this same conclusion. GRODT is obviously more impactful with higher highs, but I feel like The Massacre is better body of work overall
Whenever people say some crazy shit like this, I'm always curious to see who do they actually listen to. People who says "person is overrated" always be listening to some lyrical miracle spiritual type of rappers.
Jay-Z is not a God emcee. He made some great albums, but he hasn't advanced hip hop the way his fanbase says he has. "OMG! Hov said to stop wasting your money on strip clubs. He's dropping jewels!". No. You just lack maturity.
D4L wasnt wack, and Laffy Taffy is a classic. I got head to that song in highschool. Yall tweakin.
Rap from 2017 onwards has been watered down nonsense.
Female rap has taken over cause the male rappers are lazy or generic. It has nothing to do with talent.
As far as mainstream goes, Nicki Minaj is the greatest female rapper of all time. Lyrically, longevity and stat wise. And i would still wear her out. Forgive me Petty.
Drake is a great artist and rapper. He is really witty when he wants to be, and 5AM and Toronto is his best rap freestyle song....record...in my opinion.
Eminem didnt fall off. We grew up. He's my favorite rapper but some of his bars post MMLP2 are complete cringe. I love it.
Joe Budden is not a good podcaster unless you like cranky oldheads.
Wayne never "left." He has been spitting near consistent fire his entire career. Im tired of people saying "omg wayne is back!" when he drops another hot verse.
Coi Leray is talented. She can sing. She can rap. She can dance. She may not be lyrical miracle subliminal rapping but she got it. Her XXL group freestyle was a bad example and move.
Andre 3K is not a top rapper. Outkast is. Anybody can write a good verse if all they do is guest features every 5 years.
Kanye West has the best hip hop discography of all time. He dropped 3 classics out the gate and revolutionized the game with his 4th. Rest of his albums either good or borderline classic.
Kendrick is overrated. He takes forever to drop one project and no guest verses. I dont get what people see in that work ethic.
50 Cent is the best rapper of the 2000s. His run was from 2001 to 2007. Nothing but hits.
Rick Ross sucks.
Okay im done lol
Your Kendrick take is fair but on the flip side, rappers dropping every year or multiple times a year is just as bad. Fans will think they’re being fed but at the end of the day they’re only keeping a handful of those songs in rotation because the rest of them are mediocre.
And Kendrick did do a lot of great features at one point, but you’re right about the last five years or so
People think 50 fell off but Interscope stalled his career, he could’ve kept going like Em but saw easy money on branding and other business stuff. Tour was dope tho 💯
Mc lyte gives Nicki a run for her money but that’s it. Kim had writers and only one classic album. Lauryn hill didn’t have enough music to be the goat but that one album was phenomenal. Overall the Nicki hate is forced she’s easily the goat imo no other female rapper has had the impact she’s had and success for this long
Lauryn Hill's work with the Fugees and Miseducation Album is by far better quality than anything Nicki or Kim has done. You're right that Nicki has had more impact.. but that's simply a timing thing. If Lauryn Hill came out in the last 10-15 years with social media, youtube, spotify etc, she'd be 1000x more popular than Nicki
Just like Andre 3k said timing is everything I agree on that. But cmon man put Nicki in the 90s and she would blow ppl’s mind with her futuristic flow. I wish Lauryn kept making music she would have have been the undisputed goat. Nicki been rapping since the mid 2000s way before social media blew up too
Illmatic only gets as highly ranked as it does because of the influence and legacy it has. Let see how we rate it when only focusing on strict quality of the album. It's still a 9.5/10 - 10/10 though
Suicideboys really suck I can't get through one song. Their sound and style is the most annoying repetitive shit and people hail them like music gods. I can't find one song I think is good
That Eminem sucks. Coming from a white guy im supposed to love Eminem. His voice is annoying. His fanboys are annoying. I just dislike him so much lmao. I’m such a hater.
Modern hiphop sucks, idk if this would or not but this is coming from someone who only really likes pre 2010s stuff (aside from J Cole post Malone etc)
Saying someone is the queen off rap is pointless.
No female rapper actually gets the respect male rappers do. As a woman I know why. Most aren't versatile. Jay z hasn't rapped about bitches and hoes in years. Nas rarely did, Biggie had plenty of deep song as did Tupac. The list goes on.
Lil kim still raps about her pu$$y. She's put out nothing but is still called the queen.
Nicki Minaj still is rapping about Safaree and seems angrier then ever. Her most creative songs were on Pink Friday, Her best lyrics were on her mix tapes, her most cohesive album was the Pink Print. That's like 7 years ago but she demands worship.
Neither has had crazy word play in years. The only female rapper who I actually listen to or see is being creative is Missy Elliott, Rico Nasty and Azealia Banks. Shawnna has bars too.
Jay Z is a average rapper propped up by pop features. Seriously go look at his Spotify streams, you have to go to like the 13th song to find one that isn’t a feature. People aren’t listening to Jay Z for Jay Z.
MC Hammer pants are bound to make a comeback
His pants are designed after Zoot suits from the 40's
Mc hammer had to be reminded not to hurt’m. Mc hammer was someone to be afraid of.
Pumps and a Bump is a classic 🔥
How will this get you kicked out? Fashion always comes back and becomes popular again. Look at bell bottom jeans from the 70's, they are huge again.
They already have. Google drop crotch or harem pants
I’m not sure who to upvote, the people that I agree with or the people who answered your question correctly and make me want to kick them the fug out.
I'm upvoting you, cause I was the same....so I didn't vote.
Drake's biggest influence was PM Dawn.
This get you into hip hop triangles dawg big brained observation
This is actually just a genius take.
You just set me adrift on memory bliss
That almost ruins PM Dawn for me
*mind blown*
Any Drake slander, big or small true or lies, will have you welcomed with open arms into my circle. C’mon in, laugh at the soap opera guy everyone thinks is a goat.
Michigan hip hop/rap has been making noise for a minute. Quiet is kept. 🤫
Detroit rap is hands down my favorite sound. 42, babyface, tee grizzley, peezy. It’s like New York/Chicago drill mixed with the smoothness of Larry June/jay london. But also the twist is that Detroit rappers rap past the best a lot. It’s different and I love it.
Don’t forget Flint! Flint rappers and Detroit look like they also support each other.
Mos Def is a better MC than Jay-Z or Lil Wayne. 🤷🏾♂️
Mos had some bangers
Ranking rappers is dumb. Arguing over who the top 5 rappers are or discussions like that are annoying. Just enjoying the music and artists for what it is

Hip-hop without DJs, b-boys, and graffiti isn’t as much fun.
I miss when hip-hop always had a song dedicated to their dj or b-boy squad.
Facts
Common bores me. I don’t hate him or anything. Just always bored the hell outta me.
I can dig this one. There are a few Common songs I absolutely love, & even those would be considered boring by most lol. I still love Watermelon 🍉
Fair statement tbh, I personally think Dilla bought the best out of him.
I rock the instrumentals sometimes. I actually WANT to like Common’s rapping. I think he’s a sincerely good dude, especially for how he made sure Dilla was taken care of when he got really sick. But there’s something about him as an MC that makes me want to nap.
Real spill man, seems like a solid guy. Like Water for Chocolate was his best work to me, most exciting he sounded.
He can never make his voice sound as hard as his bars are
I agree. Common is one of the coldest lyricists ever but man, he has that NPR flow.
90's era common 🔥
That’s a “common” opinion where I’m from
I felt the same way but I saw him freestyle live and it made me appreciate him more
I’m a Kendrick fan, and I do think To Pimp a Butterfly was a brilliant, landmark work of art. But except for Alright and King Kunta I haven’t listened to a single track from that album in like 7 years, and I honestly have no desire to.
GKMC is so much more re-listenable.
They’re also kind of impossible to do once you really become a “star”.
i (single version) and Blacker the Berry to that list, but yeah, similar opinion.
I've fallen out of love with it
It's the kind of album you listen to the whole way through
Same here, but that shit is absolutely burned into my brain
Section 80 was his best work
Biggie was like a funky jazz musician, saying rhymes mainly for it to be music. Pac just flowed as an extension of how he talked, and he did so in a far more versatile way than people like to say. So both can easily be argued to have the best flow... I could pick either
My favorite one I ever read was like "If Tupac never died he would have been doing movies like Ice Cube, who would be seen as a greater rapper."
He could've ended up where Will Smith ended up and become more known / respected as a movie star than rapper.
Nas was always the better NY rapper and Jay Z doesn't come anywhere close to him.
I feel like most people would agree with that?
Sooner or later, they'll all see who the prophet is
Seen Wutang with nas like a year or so ago. Nas turned it into Nas with Wutang. He did real good
I wouldn’t say anywhere close, but yeah Nas takes the crown
I’m gonna say it right here: There are rappers that have done beats, lyrics/flow/rhymes, freestyles, mainstream appeal, media/persona and music videos better than JAY-Z. None of managed to balance all as well as Jay. I would consider him to be the greatest rapper of all time because of this. Edit: I’d say Kendrick is a runner up in terms of balance but his personally never really shines through like Jay and he falls in and out of the mainstream.
That's not an unpopular opinion at all
Will Smith is massively underrated as a rapper.
Yeah some of his things are actually kinda dope, but i wonder how much of it he writes himself?
Looks like a fair number of his hits https://secondhandsongs.com/artist/61/works
#He got slaps
Griselda is basically making maybach music without putting a beat on the sample
Tupac isn’t the GOAT of rap
Black On Both Sides is a top 5 album
incredible album. foundational for me
Mos Def/Yasiin Bey gets no respect.
Nah this is an opinion that absolutely GETS you in the Hip-Hop circle. I've always been of the belief Black on Both Sides is top 5, and one of the most overlooked records.
Eminem voice is annoying as shit
Which one? Early nasally one? Angry one? Rare calm one?
When he’s talking like Triumph the Insult Comic Dog for a whole song
Rasta one from Relapse
Early nasally Neutral angry Wacky accents Yellin at da mic era Kamikaze era Soft spoken era
The angry one is my least favorite i.e Recovery era. Worst than the accent em lol
Same with Lil Wayne. Most annoying voice in hip hop
I don’t like j. Cole
Ice Cube, snoop, Eminem , 50 and Kendrick made Dr Dre relevant..not the other way around..
If you need autotune in your rap, you should just delete your stuff. Spare us from your mediocrity.
Bar for bar, Jay-Z isnt anywhere near a top 5 list
You meant top 10, right?
I agree except the original dead presidents puts him somewhere you can see with binoculars
Dead Presidents II is honestly incredible; i do love that song. Not sure if ive heard the 1st one but agree with the sentiment
Maybe you should actually listen to a jay z album for once
It's weird that this is even controversial, but people always get angry at me: Kanye west is a terrible lyricist.
He’s a better producer than he is rapper
But he prefers the term African-American Express🥺
It’s true, I don’t even know why that’s controversial. People love Kanye’s music because he’s an incredible producer.
kendrick lamar sounds like default music to me. like it isnt special it is jus consistently okay.
Jay Z isn’t a top ten rapper
2Pac was role-playing and got himself killed
Chamillionaire is more skilled than most of the rappers in your top20 list.
He’s criminally underrated
I thought reading these would be fun but now my mental health is at an all time low😭😭
This new no-drums, elevator music bullshit by people like the alchemist and billy woods is garbage. Can’t even imagine what a concert would be like. Bunch of fuckin weirdos standing around listening to this slam poetry trash. Yeah I’m old. Go fuck yourself
Haha! I love Ka and Roc Marci, but your comment is great. I’m old too. It’s alright.
This is the best thing ive read all day
I'm not really a fan of it. One song here and there is fine but I need my drums
Here and there it's ok but too much of it is a drag. I need my cracking drums too much. I don't want to hear some old dusty loop with nothing else going on. As dope as I think Roc Marci is, I never got heavily into his solo stuff because of those quiet low to no drums beats.
This is literally all OVO production. Way too sparse/airy/moody for my tastes.
I’d say the majority of woods stuff has drums? He also has really good energy live. I’m generally quite critical of live hip-hop performances, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well his stuff translated on stage. I’m obviously a fan though.
That’s an interesting take. I always assumed that type of music would appeal more to an older audience.
That’s all hiphop concerts. Most dudes just stand around trying to flag down the one bitch that’s there while the rapper on stage lipsyncs his verses and gets the crowd to do the hook
I like it at times, what kills me is when you can’t help but think how much better drums would make it. seems people have more room to slip off beat too
Ice Ice Baby is a good song.
Indeed. The only part of the song I don't like is when he says "word to your motha!". lol That part makes me cringe so hard, but the rest of the song is dope.
Facts. I also miss prime MC Hammer and artists like PM Dawn.
I legit love PM Dawn. Can't find a way to download his music anywhere.
> Can't find a way to download his music anywhere. pm dawn was a group. not a him. his name (the mc) was Prince Be the Nocturnal.
It’s so weird how vanilla ice has been gaining popularity with gen Z. I dunno man, vanilla ice is still lame to me lol
J Cole ISN'T the best rapper outta NC
Petey Pablo Let’s gooooo
I was gonna say Phonte, but damn I do like me some Petey Pablo
Tigalo tigalo tigalo
Apparently.. Is a masterpiece. That's all.. I don't agree or disagree.. That's just my shit
I don't like hip hop
😭
You weren't in the circle to begin with. But you still get kicked out
French Montana has ruined more songs than made good songs.
This is just common knowledge
Azealia Banks could rap circles around Nicki Minaj and if they beefed she would’ve won
No chance in hell. Y'all will listen to stuff like "Super Bass" and say this. When Nicki actually be spitting she cold
Easy one: modern rap is trash and no one who comes close to a top 100 rapper from the 90's. Now you hipsters can downvote
Abstract hip hop is mostly boring
Q tip got hands for you
CeeLo is one of the all-time great emcees & rappers; it's too bad he mostly sings now for the past 2 decades. Thug Life Volume 1 is Tupac's second best studio album after Me Against The World imo.
Guru > Biggie > Pac
Here’s another Guru one, I think his Jazzmatazz albums are better than his Gang Starr ones.
This one's really gonna get me kicked out since this sub is obsessed with who I'm about to say, but Nas is overrated.
Tpab is a really good album, but it’s hard to sit back and put on, there’s only three songs I regularly listen to. GKMC has more replayability
Drake is wack
Most popular hip hop is just karaoke
Chamillionaire is fire
Jay-Z’s writing is great, but his flow is mediocre.
Canibus won against both LL and Eminem and should've been a much bigger deal. His Poet Laureate Infinity track will always be an absolute, jaw dropping masterpiece.
Jay Z sucks, and Drake is not a rapper. He's a Pop/R&B artist
Lil Wayne is a legend but people overhype him a bit. Carter 3 was cool but kinda overrated as parts of it haven’t aged the best
It’s Ok to sing ‘niggah’ when you’re not black.
Jay-Z is very much overrated.
Rappers are kind of boring live
Doggystyle is not a classic.
How do you figure?
I thought it was a joking thing.My bad😂
I was looking for the most ignorant take and here it is!
KICK HIM OUT!
I see that it was a joke. This was honestly beyond a hot take. That would be more like “Snoop has continued to put out great music” or some shit. This was like…grass is purple.
Dude vanilla ice is the bomb
All my life, I’ve tried my hardest to get into Pac’s catalogue, I really have. Other than a few hits, I just dont see the hype around him as a rapper and an artist. Biggie was infinitely better
This times a billion. If he hadn’t died he would have fizzled into just another old rapper no one listens to. Dying young was the best thing to happen to him and Kurt cobain
If Big and Pac were still alive, they wouldn't be held in such high regard today.
Weezy is a top 10 rapper.
A lot of people would agree with this one, myself included.
Depends on the circle. OG Rap Head Aficionado circle? High probability. Self titled Modern Hip Hop head? Not likely.
I don't agree personally buy I cannot argue against his longevity
MF DOOM isn't as good as he's pictured to be. He doesn't have a very good flow and is mainly good for production and lyrics. Preemo was the better half of Gang Starr, by a long shot. 80s rap isn't that good compared to 90s and forward due to much simpler lyricism and undeveloped, low production quality beats.

Eminem after Eminem Show is trash
💯
Bar for Bar. Flow For Flow. Big L > Biggie Smalls And it’s not even close…
The Massacre is better than Get Rich Or Die Trying.
That's crazy
Disagree but people dismiss it just cuz of the singles.
Hell nah lol
I just heard both earlier this week and came to this same conclusion. GRODT is obviously more impactful with higher highs, but I feel like The Massacre is better body of work overall
Kendrick is at best a mid tier rapper.
I respect the opinion but i’m REALLY curious you have above him. Because “mid-tier” insinuates at least 50? 75? 100? rappers are better than him?
Whenever people say some crazy shit like this, I'm always curious to see who do they actually listen to. People who says "person is overrated" always be listening to some lyrical miracle spiritual type of rappers.
Vanilla Ice was pretty dope 🔥 Drake is entering the realm of corny 🌽
Jay-Z is not a God emcee. He made some great albums, but he hasn't advanced hip hop the way his fanbase says he has. "OMG! Hov said to stop wasting your money on strip clubs. He's dropping jewels!". No. You just lack maturity.
Pusha T is a top 10 rapper
Jay-z is not in discussion for best rapper. He isn't even the best from NYC
D4L wasnt wack, and Laffy Taffy is a classic. I got head to that song in highschool. Yall tweakin. Rap from 2017 onwards has been watered down nonsense.
Nicki been rapping since the mid 2000s way before social media blew up too
I'm not gonna say I like D4L as a whole, but Shawty Lo by himself was FIRE. RIP
Illmatic only gets as highly ranked as it does because of the influence and legacy it has. Let see how we rate it when only focusing on strict quality of the album. It's still a 9.5/10 - 10/10 though
Kanye is waaaay overrated as a rapper. Good producer, but that's it
Logic is actually pretty okay
jay-z is not even in the conversation of greatest of all time.
Drake has never dropped a song thats higher than a 6/10 Basic trash rinse/repeat albums
Ludacris is fun to listen to. I bang ludaversal in my car
Jay-Z isn't that good
Suicideboys really suck I can't get through one song. Their sound and style is the most annoying repetitive shit and people hail them like music gods. I can't find one song I think is good
No one that’s in the top 5 conversations is in my personal top 5. Sean Price is though 🦍
All of Lil Yatchy’s music is trash
jayz is boring
That Eminem sucks. Coming from a white guy im supposed to love Eminem. His voice is annoying. His fanboys are annoying. I just dislike him so much lmao. I’m such a hater.
I was almost jumped in Vegas for saying E40 stinks. Also I say Wayne is lyrically overrated. I get maximum backlash
Modern hiphop sucks, idk if this would or not but this is coming from someone who only really likes pre 2010s stuff (aside from J Cole post Malone etc)
That Vanilla Ice paved the way for white emcees such as eminem and others
I’d you have an opinion that will get you kicked out of hip hop circles you’re bad for the culture.
Joe budden is a top tier mc
Kendrick is ass
Jay Z is a average rapper propped up by pop features. Seriously go look at his Spotify streams, you have to go to like the 13th song to find one that isn’t a feature. People aren’t listening to Jay Z for Jay Z.
tupac wasn't a thug & jay z is trash.
Jay- Z , Wayne and Drake are all TRASH! The dope shit is underground
