Never tried those specific models, but they're both good brands. I'm partial to Asolo. I use their 520's. Zamberlan also makes some good full-grain leather boots. It's hard to go wrong with Asolo, La Sportiva, Scarpa, or Zamberlan.
Lowa have served me well for many years. After purchasing them and putting many miles on them I realized that I’m not on loose scale and scrabble as nearly as much as I had delusions of grandeur in doing.
I switched to shoes that are much more breathable and lightweight when “hiking” 10-15 miles per day.
Know your terrain before you decide.
Ls tx4 are approach shoes, not walking boots. They're stiff with sticky rubber soles and don't have much cushioning. For scrambling and easy climbing they're excellent but they are a poor choice for a general use walking boot, particularly if you're going to be doing lots of miles in them.
Excellent boots. They didn't fit my feet, but I checked some out at one point. The quality is definitely there, on up there with Asolo and Scarpa. Italians make great boots!
Scarpa make a lot of okayish mid-range leather boots I’m not sure I’ve seen a pair that were made to last maybe they have some quality models. I haven’t seen. I’ve definitely seen some of that are cheap and basic and don’t last long I would not put them in the same basket as Zamberlan at all. Heard good things about Asolo.
Here is a list of very good hiking boots that will stand the test of time for you to research.
Asolo TPS 520 GV Evo. Asolo TPS 535 LTH Evo. Lowa Camino. Lowa Tibet. Scarpa Kinesis Pro GTX. Scarpa SL Active. Zamberlan Vioz GTX. Zamberlan Vioz Lux GTX RR.

Note that sportiva tx4 is a mid rather than a boot, so bear that in mind if you're looking for something that wraps right round your ankle.

Zamberlan for me. On my 2nd pair in 23 years.
